The spaciousness of the suite and the great bathroom. The buffet breakfasts were generous with the best 100% fresh fruit salad we had during our 3 weeks in Argentina. Loved the refurbished and fresh feel
The T.V. reception was not very crisp and tended to be snowy. The kitchenette could do with a bit more equipping. Noisy neighbours in thé early hours of the morning. An 11h00 checkout would've given a review score of 11 😹

I've stayed with them several times as I always do a stop in Mendoza when I travel with my dog between Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, which I do a few times a year. This time I forgot to mention I was going with him and they have dedicated rooms for pets that were already filled, but they were kind enough to accommodate us in another room without issue nor wait.
Thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful.
I did not like the facilities. It felt sterile and we had to switch rooms because our first room had a terrible smell due to poor drainage. I expected this hotel to be much nicer based on pictures. There is a lot that can be improved about this hotel.
