Very friendly staff and the beach is quite near to the hotel. The pool was clean and the receptionist were super supportive. Every night there was entertainment for the kids, although it was only in Italian.

The availability of the food for kids was limited (eg. pancakes at breakfast). Even when we payed for the lunch there was no more lunch for the kids available.

We loved the friendly staff at this hotel, the lovely pool garden, the food was excellent and it was an easy walk to restaurants/beach. There is a drinks fountain at reception where you can always get free fizzy water/soda which was much appreciated. You can borrow bicycles for free to get around easier.

One SLIGHT negative for us was that the children's entertainment was all in Italian, so our six year old son was a little excluded from a lot of the games. However, this is an Italian family hotel so this is not anything that they are doing wrong - just something that didn't work well for us because we don't speak the language.

Great place with very creative use of space, everything you need for a comfortable holiday with children - unusually configurated, brightly painted rooms; pool with the slide, free bikes, and pushchairs, kids room. Animators organize baby dances, kids treats, cinema nights. All personnel is very friendly and the food is just excellent.

Our room was quite small and dark due to no windows, only the narrow balcony door, but since we did not spend too much time indoors it was fine.

A very nice and chic hotel. Very clean and with many facilities: swimming pool, children's playground, dining terrace, bar, free bikes etc. Breakfast and dinner were very rich, diversified daily, with fresh and quality products (vegetables/ fruits/ drinks/ fish and seafood). Very friendly and helpful staff, they easily guided us when we asked. The beach and the terraces are about 5 minutes from the hotel, about the same distance is the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel, if I return to Rimini it is on the list to return.

we travelled as part of a larger family group and were delighted at the choice of hotel. The girls loved the family room booked for us, Jungle Book themed and we loved the cleanliness, location and breakfast choices for everyone. We would return there without hesitation, it was amazing. The whole family loved the swimming pool and slide and that it wasn't a huge, noisy hotel, but perfect size for us. The hotel caters for children especially well with a good quality drinking bottle and free water all day long for them and "picnic" to take away when they leave.

having to come back home again! Due to the end of the school holidays and direct flights in short supply, we had to return before the rest of the family and would have loved to stay longer. nothing to dislike at all.

a lovely clean and very family orientated hotel with special touches for children. The swimming pool with slide and waterfall was loved by all of the family (we are grandparents and holidayed with our sons, daughters in law and grandchildren). The lifeguards were especially watchful and the entire animation team was both appreciated and highly thought of by all families. Breakfast was of a very high standard with great variety. Our grandchildren loved filling their own crepes and making smoothies. They both cried when it was time to leave, a sure sign of a great holiday.

Nothing to dislike at all, it was perfect. Fabrizio, his wife and team take great pride in giving families a wonderful experience and it is geared towards families. Although I state that I would not recommend it for a "romantic break", we, in fact, had our wedding anniversary there and were both delighted and surprised to have a huge bouquet of flowers and Prosecco delivered to our room with a personal note from the family and staff.

Very nice, family friendly hotel. We like the fun colourful rooms . The pool was clean and good size...I don't like massive pools. Very tasty food.

There wasn't a fridge in our room and the mirror was fitted too high so I had to do my beauty routine standing.
