Small room but staff made up for it. Very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable, basic rooms, in a walkable location to the town. Easy parking for a car. The views were nice. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The bathrooms are a bit older and musky, but still had good water pressure and were fine.

The single sheet on the bed wasn’t enough. A light duvet would have been better but we didn’t bother asking. Still lovely crisp bedding.

Lovely continental breakfast, nice views of the seas, good location within walking distance of town. All of the staff were warm, helpful, and available to help with whatever we needed.

We didn't realize that the family room had no shared space, just two bedrooms. The second bedroom was very cramped.

Convenient location for parking in walking distance (10 minutes) to the main part of town. No need to move the car. If you stayed closer to the main part of town one might always wrestle with parking choices, Clean rooms and friendly staff. Room 302 faced the water with nice view. Nice to have breakfast with coffees of many sorts and warm options of eggs, toasts, waffles, as well as cereals. Although there is the old town to stroll, there is also a new square with lots of shops and restaurants and a long stretch of shops a few blocks parallel to the water promenade with lots of options. One could miss this new section if they focused mainly on the waterfront.

Small elevator so was easier for us to carry luggage up the stairs. Small bathroom so if you are larger than average you may need to consider that, but nothing atypical.

Always smiling staff, helping in every aspect of our stay: beginning with a restaurant continuing to organise a trip for us to the sunken boat. Organising also a rent-a-car... wow! Can not wish more!

The staff especially Didi was amazing, she helped us to get around the island and made us feal really welcome.

The breakfast was always the same and not really healthy, the facilities were really old but clean.

The bathtub is very small. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Very friendly staff (helps you with everything you need). Cleanliness, located 50 m from the sea and close to the city center. Varied breakfast.

The only downside is the small bathroom in the room (I stayed at 303).

The hotel is easy to find, right on the main road but a bit further from the hectic city center, yet easily accessible by foot in 5-7 minutes. Easy to park on the street. The host was wonderful and we felt well taken care of. As a family travelling with 2 small kids, it was amazing to see the level of care and hospitality. Breakfast was good and fresh, although a bit basic.

It was a bit noisy at night especially on Friday and Saturday.

Excellent location In Zakinthos Town. The hotel was clean, staff couldn’t do more for us and were friendly and spoke good English, always a friendly smile awaiting us when we went by reception. They booked our return covid tests, getting the medical centre to come to us at the hotel. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our room was clean and met our needs, kingsize bed and great shower. We would definitely stay again.

Really kind womans on reception and any other staff was so kindly and always ready to help you. Breakfast was also good.

It was an exellent experience ! All the staff was great , we had all the help that we could need and even more ! We enjoyed our stay and I'm very sure we'll come back again !

Great location walking distance to the city centre and just across the beach. The staff was very friendly.

It was a bit loud in the evening as the street separates you from the beach part, but if you closed the balcony doors the sound was manageable. A bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't available during our stay.

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Happy and always helpful people at your entry. The view was nice as well as the distance to the beach and city centre.

Pity, we didn't have breakfast because of covid-19. The hotel is located on a busy road, so it's quite noisy at night.

Great location. Walking distance to center. Didi was a great host. She help us a lot with tavernas advises.

Bathroom too small. The street in front of hotel is very nosy, have to sleep on aircon.
