Located in a quiet cul de sac in a residential part of Dunstable, the house was an exceptionally large building at the end of the street, with on site accommodation for the owner (manager?). It was adjacent to a long distance footpath between the centre of Dunstable and that of Luton, so a 10 minute walk to the big shopping centre in the middle of town.
The bathroom, though well thought out, was not very new and showed a few signs of prolonged use. There was nowhere to sit in the room apart from the (very comfortable) double bed.

An error on booking meant that one room of three was not available for due to an error on my behalf.
The owner kindly refunded the cost of the room even though it was my mistake.

Communication, easy to find. Hospitable service
Everything was fine no real issues. The bathroom sink tap has a small hole that causes it to spray you and the shower doesn't drain fast enough so water builds up but thats if I were looking for an issue.

Good location
Was a bit dated throughout. Was very noisy from other rooms.
Breakfast wasn’t great either.
