Sheets were dirty. Corridors cluttered and dirty. Breakfast was average.

terrible place . dirty bathroom , not elevator, breakfast so poor . that can’t call hotel . looks like motel i have to help my kid who’s have knee surgery to go all the way up . I understand why the hotel for the weekend was completely alone . just us . I feel ripped from this people. I won’t never go back or recommend this place .

1.) Location was in a more quiet part of Tulua. There was some traffic in Tulua throughout the night and in the early morning, but I was okay with the level of sound. 2.) Very focused on conserving energy: asked that television, air-conditioning, and lights all be turned off when exiting the room for the day. 3.) Breakfast was delicious in the morning; very typical Colombian breakfast with eggs, coffee, some sort of bread, and different types of juice. 4.) All water is cold water in Colombia; if you're not used to this, it can be an adjustment taking cold showers. It didn't bother me, and actually helped me conserve water since I didn't want to be freezing! 5.) Staff members always greeted you in the morning and evening; a staff member showed me my room and explained to me how to get on the internet at the reception desk. They always opened the gate for when we needed to park the car. 6.) The room and bathroom was always clean and tidy when I would return in the evenings.

Only area for improvement is better Wi-Fi. If you are dependent on Wi-Fi to communicate with family or friends internationally via WhatsApp, the internet connection was spotty. Not a huge complaint, though.

The staff was very kind. Housekeeping was wonderfully thorough.

Foreign travelers be aware: There's no hot water in the shower. Typical for the area of Colombia, not a failing on the part of the hotel.
