Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We have stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. Warm welcome was at the our arrival. We were greeted by the receptionist Karina and Emanuel, and the hotel manager Elena with a big smile and felt very welcome straight away. Restaurant staff was very attentive Vasyl, Mr Nikos and all others ,none of the requests was any issue for them. Pool bar staff like Kostas was very helpful. Location was great plenty of shops, restaurants nearby.

It was an amazing stay, the staff were friendly and really helpful, from the cleaner to the breakfast chef and the receptionists. Everybody did their best to make us happy. We also booked a trip to Santorini through the hotel, and there are plenty of activities available straight from the welcome desk. We stayed in the superior room with a direct sea view, astonishing! The breakfast options are healthy and varied, and as for the gym equipment, some of it is brand new, so you’ll feel right at home. The only “issue” for us was the crowd in the evening. The street outside is really busy and noisy (which has nothing to do with the hotel), but the sound insulation is excellent; you won’t hear a thing from your room (as long as you keep the window closed at night, of course). PS: Please tip the staff. Not that they expect it, but as much as we’re used to great hotels, few staff members are this kind, genuine, and patient. Excellence should always be recognized, and from one human being to another, I’m going to miss them, they’re a huge part of our experience. Thank you to all of them.

Really beautiful sea view from the room. Clean bedroom that was washed everyday, easy access to towels and beaches around the area. Restaurant on property had yummy food, nice big beach chairs in the back

Breakfast was a bit limited, pool was very small, no free beach chairs so you have to spend 7 euros per person to sit there

Die Essenauswahl war ok.

Das Zimmer war angeblich eine Suite, die in einem Nebenhaus in der Nachbarstasse war. Die Tür zum Gebäude war immer geöffnet. In den Lift passt keine Person mit zwei Koffern. Von einer Suite sind wir anderes gewohnt, insbesondere die Aufteilung des Raume und Ausstattung entspricht dem nicht. Der WC-Bereich war extrem eng, da ist in jedem Flieger mehr Platz. Um die Tür des Bades (WC und Dusche) zu schließen, muss man sich in die Dusche stellen. Leider machte die gesamt Anlage einen sehr ungepflegten und teils vermüllten Eindruck. Die Uferterrasse ist für All-in Gäste nicht inkludiert, es gabt lediglich einen 10% Rabatt, galt auch für ÜF-Gäste.
