Per Whatts - app bekommt man Telefonnummer für Türöffner und Code für Wohnungstür und Zimmertür. Keine Wartezeiten bei Ankunft. Super großes Zimmer, stilvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Espressomaschine im Zimmer.

The room itself was ok.

The joyless and rude welcome. Demanding to see our passports out on the street to “check in” when we hadn’t even been in the property. We had problems locking and opening the doors using code as we weren’t given a key piece of information, and we were only allowed to communicate via WhatsApp messages when the responses were downright rude. Getting in and out of the property and our room was like an escape room game. The breakfast area was right outside our room door which felt odd. The breakfast was “served” by the cleaner who went straight from mopping the floor to serving food.

My vacation was ruined by my stay at this apartment. In particular, after a few days of stay, the toilet bowl and the shower clogged. We informed the cleaning lady about that and she said that she will inform management and that we can leave the room. However, after an hour we received a message that they are not sure they will solve the problem and that they do not have a room for us, while we have to pay for the repair costs. Because of this development of the situation, as well as because of the fear that we will not have a place to sleep (because of holidays evrth was almost sold out), we returned from the station. When we came back, manager was waiting for us and told us that we had to leave the room, while kept insisting that we threw “who knows what” in the toilet, regardless of the fact that we kept stressing that we didn't. Only after we said that we would call the inspection and police, we got another room, even though she initially said they don't have another room for us. (Otherwise, there was an available room on booking.com all the time). Also, after 2 days, someone from Gatto Bianco called us to tell us that we have to leave the room as soon as possible and take our things out because our stay is over. At that moment, we still had 2 days until check out, so we told them that they could check it on booking.com. After that, they said they made a mistake. This is only in brief what happened during our stay here.

Great location, great connection with airport and a short walk to the city centre. Very good internet connection, perfect for working. Charming room, with lots of nice touches, little treats to make you feel at home. A good breakfast spread.

The structure itself was a little old, but the room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was done through an app, which worked well but could be off putting for older customers.

The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, located a few minutes walk from the old town. You need to do self check-in online but It’s really easy. The contact was via WhatsApp and I got all the answers immediately. Good breakfast. During our staying which lasted 3 days, the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed once. No parking but it’s not a problem. I found a place in a green zone and left the car there so it wasn’t too expensive and what’s more important nothing wrong happened to it.

Only recommendation for improvement would be to use products from a pasticceria for breakfast.

Breakfast was good and location about15 mins walk from train station and town centre. Communication about entrance and key pad was good. Left luggage was convenient at next door.

Plumbing could be a bit noisy

Everything was just on point. The location is great, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, all of these met our expectations.

Maybe the check-out is a bit early, but they gave us access to an office to keep our luggage, free of charge.
