I like the location. Close to the Port. We arrived so late ( 11:30 PM) so we decided to take a cab ( only 7 euros ) but it is a short distance to walk if you are not tired or cold or heavy packed. Niki was there waiting for us. It is a family business, very cute and clean. The decoration is stunning. Really loved everything about this place.

Good location, close to quite a few restaurants, very close to a beach for a quick cool down. Very nice and cosy terrace and garden to enjoy a morning coffee. Under 15 min walk to the ferry port and bus stop saving on having to hire a taxi or rent a bike or car. Amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. Modern and well maintained rooms.

The hostess and her daughter! They take hospitality seriously and go the extra mile. The facilities were very clean and a great size. Location excellent. would highly recommend to anyone and gladly stay there again

The room is spacious and clean, exactly like it was showed in foto. Good location - 10 mins to port/ bus station, 3 mins to beach. Owner lady is friendly and nice person. She brings a small breakfast to us every morning.. it was a pleasant surprise :) since we didn’t know breakfast is included. Enjoy eating breakfast or chit-chatting in the evening at a small private Terrace outside the room. We wish we could stay few more days. Paros itself is also quite a relaxing and charming island (not touristy like Santorini). We are fully satisfied with our room. Fully recommend it.

location was great, near a beach and close enough to the centre to walk but far enough away to be quiet at night. staff were really helpful and friendly and the complementary breakfast was a nice touch. They gave us a lift to the port the day we were leaving. Room was clean and had everything you need for a few days. Would stay again

OMG we don't know where to start. Antonia and her daughter are the definition of great service. Besides their busy schedule from 7ham-8hpm, Antonia managed to pickup my family of 6 at the port, which is only a 15min walk. Then she and her daughter greeted us with hot and iced cappuccinos, orange juice, cake and cookies. And we got that every morning! The two ladies are very sweet and quickly responsive to all our requests. We booked 2 studios and they were next door as requested, which allowed us to celebrate our daughter"s birthday at night on the patio. Inside, the studios are nicely decorated and everything is white as we love in a typical Cyclades accommodation. The shower has a very good water flow, hot & cold. The AC and WI-FI worked perfectly. On the eve of our last night, Antonia asked for our ferry departure and was present the next morning at 8ham to drive us back to the port. We did not get this kind of service anywhere on the other islands, or from any hosts in our years of traveling. This is a generation-thru-generation apartments rental business and it shows in the hard-work of these 2 women, mother & daughter. Hats off to Antonia & Nicky, you made our stays really memorable. Large and very clean room. The hosts (Antonia and daughter) are eager to help and always with a smile on their face, although they work hard. Location close to the beach, center and restaurants. I felt very good and I recommend Diplos Studios.

The studio was comfortable, clean and within easy access to all that Parikia has to offer. The mom and daughter in charge were friendly and accommodating. The coffee, juice and cake each morning were thoughtful, generous extras. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Nicest people we met on our trip to Greece, Antonia and Nicky made our stay in Paros very special! Can’t thank them enough! Despite a last minute booking, Antonia welcomed us late at night in an exceptionally clean room! We are so glad we had the chance to stay at this property, perfectly located, just a minute away from the beach. The hosts filled us in with all the great recommendations to enjoy Paros. It’s a gem! Don’t miss it out!!

The owner was very helpful. She picked up and dropped you off the port/bus station and that made everything so much easier! The room is clean and spacious with wonderful touches. I didn't cook much but there's a little kitchen set up where one could do something simple. I extended my stay for one night and I enjoyed it very much.

The location is not near the center (old town) if you have to run back and forth many times during the day. But it's not a big issue because the walk is pleasant and there are restaurants and eateries around there too.

The hostess is so kind. Room is clean, tidy and well decorated.

The location was perfect and Adonia was lovely and incredibly helpful - she provided coffee and biscuits every morning and gave us some great recommendations for our couple days there. The location was perfect, less than a minute from the beach, and very good value for money with free parking nearby.

Very warm welcome from the host who came to take us to the studios by car from the port. Same on departure day. The host was really helpful & available for each of our requests. Free (greek or normal) coffee & cake every morning to start the day : that was perfect!

Antonia was a lovely host and was happy to assist whenever needed. She also brought us coffee and cake every morning for free. What is not to love! Paros also has a lot of cats and some of them say hi to you in the morning which we loved a lot.

The bed is a little noisy when you move around it, but otherwise super comfortable and the rooms are super spacious.

We loved our stay here! My friend and I came for 6 days, but ended up extending our stay by 2 extra days. The room was great for us. Big enough, to move around and enough space for each of us to spread out. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the shaded terrace in the mornings and at night. The bathroom is small but has all the necessities and doesn’t feel constricted. Everything was cleaned daily including towels and sheets. Very nice when you want to shower after the beach every day. It was a little windy while we were here (end of September), as is usual on the Cyclades. We were grateful to have access to the rooftop and the bean bag chairs when we wanted to enjoy the sun somewhere other than the beach. We came to Paros mostly for relaxing and the location was perfect for that. The apartments are super close to beaches, there are plenty of restaurants that are basically right outside the door and the supermarket is about a 5 minute walk. The walk to Parikia takes about 10 minutes. We also rented a car to explore some of the island. Naoussa and Lefkes are only a short drive away. The host Antonia is very sweet. She took care of our transfers from and to the port. She always greets you with a smile on her face. Whenever we needed help, she was happy to give it. Whether it be renting a car or needing some olive oil for cooking. She also brought us coffee, orange juice and cookies in the mornings. It was convenient to buy water straight from her, instead of having to carry it home from the supermarket. Overall we felt right at home here. Our stay was so relaxing. The apartment is a great value. We are sad to leave and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place!

Located in the best area of Parikia. Steps from Lividia beach which even in a windy day it was calm at the Tango Mar beach taverna with free chairs if you purchased 8euros worth of food or drink. The accommodations were very clean and big with king sized bed. Room was cleaned everyday. The hostess was wonderful and helped us with car rental and other recommendations and even picked us up at the port for free. She also brought us cake, cookies, tea, coffee and juice every morning plus supplies us with a large bottle of water. She was lovely. Great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer as 3 nights wasn’t long enough. Highly recommend Diplos Studios.

Everything was perfect!

Studio is very spacious and lovely designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the sea side. I liked the most that room was made up and towels changed every day at the time we were gone to the beach. The open shower is properly constructed, so water is not splashed all over the bathroom. Morning coffee with a cake made our stay much better. Host is very helpful and nice to have a small talk with.

Like in all studios of such a type noise penetration is quite high, so be ready to hear everything what is happening next rooms
