Large rooms, great service personal, also well-prepared meeting rooms.

The location, the staff
There were some major scratches on the inside of our door (room 305), plus when it rained the water soaked the carpet and the curtains. Maybe those windows should be sealed.

It was a great stay with my 2 sons for one week .
Great location walkable to the main attractions ,very clean, our studio wit kitchenette was enough for 3 adults, thank you to the staff specially Miguel who answered all our questions and helped to organize our days in this beautiful city.the neighborhood quit and clean .love it too much, would definitely stay at Ako suite on my next trip.

Location and staff
The air conditioning doesn’t work properly and September nights feel hot. I brought that up a couple of times with management and was not addressed.
Too much light from appliances and emergency signs make sleeping difficult too.
