The staff was super and the view from the room on the mountains was perfect same for the swimming pool

Very comfortable, both the apartment and the facilities, and very well located just next to the old road to Formigal allowing you to avoid the classic first thing in the morning traffic jam

The aparthotel provided us a better room than what we have booked. The room was clean and had everything we needed. as well as the hotel. the staff was super nice and always helped.

the room was too hot and we could not turn off the heat. Also the room had a green exit light that was annoying at night

Superb location, with balconies that look out over the Valle de Tena mountain range. Friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable, without being luxurious. The location is uphill from the main town, but all close enough. It's also why it has the best views of the mountains. Very close to hiking trails. Very happy with the choice. Sufficient parking without being ample. Very good value for money.

We asked for 2 single beds and they gave us a double (apparently Booking doesn't pass on that information correctly). However, they did offer a solution and the 2 sofas in the living area were actually beds. Didn't use the spa, so can't comment on that

World-class view, great, square balcony, easy parking, very good spa facilities. Good kitchen. Short walk into town. Plenty of good walks nearby. Recommend walking to Bar Sarra at the end of a lake, about an hour's walk. Had a great lunch there.

Neighbours can be noisy as the walls are great.

We liked the facilities of the property. The Pool and Spa was fantastic. The view was beautiful, the location was perfect. A perfect weekend away with the family.

There was no kettle in the kitchen and most of the time could not be bothered walking down to town to get a coffee so we used a pot. Only one of the keys kept working. We could not lock the door properly and had issues. We were not given the wifi code and got too hard so we just used our data. The pool become a jumping and running zone for the kids, young children using the sauna with out parents was terrible, we had to wait our turn and I do not think they should have be there without parents, too dangerous. And nobody told us or offered us robes for the pool area and we found out on the last day. Apart from these things (and they are small things) the hotel is very very nice. But if you are travelling with a family do take food with out as the town closes or alot of the places only serve drinks.

The best thing is the view from the appartment and the wonderfull montains infront. The GYM is just to make something simple but enough to sweat. The SPA is great with kids. The appartment is confortable and staff quite kind. We are quite satisfied with our stay in Sarrato. We will come back one again.

As I said the GYM is quite just but enough. We don't see negative points to Sarrato.
