Great location and breakfast but poor facilities and quite dirty in places
Staff in the restaurant couldn’t care less, either on their phones or drinking shots behind the bar while people waiting to pay. Specially two young lads, no smile, rolling eyes, definitely not happy working there.

Das Hotel ist eben ein Berghotel ohne Schnickschnack.
Dafür mit sehr freundlichem Personal und kompletter Ausstattung.
Es gibt Getränke an der Rezeption und sogar Pizza die schmeckt.
Und man bekommt sogar noch eine Fahrt mit der Bahn gratis.
Es fehlt vielleicht ein Hinweis, dass man im Restaurant daneben ab 8.00 Frühstück bekommt.

Unique location at the lake, along the hiking trails, still providing comfort. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant was good.
Unfortunately, the wellness / sauna was out of order for the month.

Beautiful location, perfect for hiking in Tatry. Friendly and helpful staff. Told them I would leave at 4 to go hiking and they prepared a breakfast (a great breakfast btw) I could take with me on the hike. Good and clean facilities.
No outlets in the rooms. There were 2 USB sockets poorly located and for 8 beds, but the staff was nice enough to charge my devices by their desk.
