SPS Hotel

The hotel has parking, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and complimentary water was provided, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is old, and although it has been renovated, its age is still quite noticeable. There was an unpleasant smell on the floor where our apartment was located. Inside the apartment, the curtain was torn, and one of the bedside lamps was actually broken off the wall, which I found particularly concerning as it was right next to the children’s beds. The bathroom itself was otherwise nice, but it was not very convenient. There was no cup or holder for toothbrushes, and the shower head was old and sprayed water everywhere, so practically the entire bathroom got wet every time someone took a shower. There was also no proper door to the bathroom - only a sliding door, which provided virtually no privacy. In addition, there were no doors separating the two rooms, so there was very little privacy in the apartment overall. The apartment has four beds, but only one chair, which is not very practical for a room designed to accommodate four people.

The suite was nice and spacious. The pool was clean and did the job. Parking in front of the hotel is easy and a mall is nearby.

Staff was not very welcoming or proactive. We had to ask for toilet paper time after time. Restaurant was closed for dinner.

Renovated room and bathroom. Very clean.
