The staff,the room,the view,the breakfast. Only booked because to be honest it was cheap but so pleasantly surprised all was great from the chap who checked us in the lady at the bar and breakfast ( which was fabulous) staff Nice basic room has everything you need

Friendly staff and nice room with good view. Good parking on site. Nice breakfast.
It didn't book an evening meal on time and there were no more reservations available so I had to drive into Fort William to get something to eat. I would have been nice if bar meals had been available.

Per usual the accommodation is just what we needed. Staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing.
Wee bit outside of Fort William but we can live with that.

Not an awful lot. Had a back room. Window sills were all green dirty . I only slept there.
The view is great once you step outside and there is a bus stop outside. It’s by the A 82.
No character, smelled like an old peoples home and looked like an old peoples home. You had to wait in the breakfast room to be seated. That could take a long time. I received a surprised look when o asked if they’d do a Scottish breakfast ( haggis, square sausage and scone) one gets a scone on a Thursday I was told. So much for that. The majority of guests were coach loads of old people and that was catered for.
