great location friendly staff

this was our first trip to Greece and we didn’t quite understand how everything worked in the room but the staff was very helpful. so not their problem it was ours.

The owners are very kind and nice people. It's on a great location.

It was advertised with kettle, but none in the room.

I knew where Xanemos Studios was so expected a bit of noise from the road. Not a problem with the door closed. The balcony had an amazing view of the harbour and planes going in. Central Skiathos Town can be a little noisey but at night Xanemos Studios was quiet. Also, a lot of the apartments involve a steep walk, not here and with the bonus of a lift. Would suit someone who struggles a bit with mobility - a gentle slope to the Studios. The room was as expected, the shower was brilliant! Being able to stroll out and be on the port side 30 seconds later was marvellous. To the right is a little cafe used by locals - the best coffee, lovely trad pastries and baguettes and comfy seating. Another bonus is that the Studios are very close to the free parking. If you are not getting a vehicle then the Studios are right by the bus terminal giving you access to the Island. Exactly what we wanted on my fourth visit to this amazing Island. Very clean, towels and bedding changed every other day. Basic but comfy, we just wanted a base to head out from and have a comfy sleep at the end of the day. Fitted that bill perfectly.

Location was ok, very close to the ferry port. Staff were helpful.

It’s in need of a refurb! It’s so basic, 2 rings with a saucepan that holds only one small cup of water for a kettle, the room was a self catering studio for 3! The fridge was turned off with towels all over the floor defrosting on arrival, I had to ask them to sort it out and switch it back on so we could use the fridge for our food, which in fairness they did immediately and I asked them for a kettle. You could not use this for self catering. No pans to even boil pasta in if you were to eat in. Nowhere to eat food. Not self catering should not be advertised as this. It’s just a room with 3 single beds, 3 cups, 3 bowls, 1 tiny saucepan as a kettle, 3 plates etc! Not good enough!

a nice location and a nice hostess

it was very outdated. the shower head could not be hung on the wall, so you had to hold it yourself. Furthermore, the air conditioning had a very long start-up time. further there would be a kitchenette but this was very very minimal. so we couldn't use it.

Good location for Skiathos town Clean

- very bad service! - no AC working, no fixing, no alternative!!Just “open the window”! In the attic room, very hot night, very noisy street!!! You need to change the way you treat the guests! We never receive any kind of sorry. It is unacceptable! - bad smell from the bathroom

Perfect location City centre but noisy All in all good!
