location is a uphill so there’s always a little breeze, villas are spacious, normally really quiet (if you don’t have neighbors - not Casa Frangipani - who stay up all night and talk). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool with a view. Wi-Fi in villa 1 is excellent, because it has the main router. Access to upper waterfalls from the property via nice jungle walk.

The further roof terrace and the additional outdoor shower. And the view from the terrace with the proximity to the animals was priceless.

We loved everything about this place, The house is design just perfect you’ve got everything you need in it and we had the Villa with the most amazing stunning Ocean view and Jungle. From the hotel there is a path going down to the most amazing waterfalls of Montezuma. The pool and garden of the hotel is just beautiful and so Clean and well kept. What made our stay here even perfect Wes Johnson who takes care of the place he helped us with everything we needed with the biggest smile and willing to help us and make our stay just perfect. This place is definitely Paradise I love it❤️

The location is exceptionally beautiful….set amidst the jungle on top of a hill overlooking Montezuma and the ocean. We enjoyed the wildlife as we sat on our private balcony. We rented a car, so I’m just a few minutes we were down by the beach. Otherwise it would have been a challenging walk. Also, the staff were very friendly and and helpful and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We were sad to leave.

Great house set in a beyond beautiful spot close the the village of Montezuma. Is it possible to stay there with small kids and no car? Yes, in our experience even if you need a short taxi ride to get back and forth from the village/beach/great restaurants like Tierra y Fuego. Made friends with Max the taxi driver our first day and he ended up driving us most days. Johnson from Casa F also booked us a taxi on short notice and in general was extremely helpful and sweet and responded to whatsapp messages/calls promptly any time of day. The swimming pool area and garden is out of this world beautiful; everything is well kept and at the house we loved our rainforest terrace, outdoor shower and the rooftop where me and my wife spent a romantic night watching the stars (very little light pollution) laying on the comfy sun loungers.

We got cleaning once during our four night stay which in the end was completely fine and the trash would be taken anytime we wanted etc.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

In addition to be beautiful, the casas are really comfortable and peaceful. You can see many animals, enjoy the pool and it's 5 min by car from the beach and from the center. A huge thank-you to Johnson the caretaker who made us comfortable, help us discover the area and enjoy the Pura vida life!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been, I fully recommended, Jhonson was an amazing host. Photos showed here are 100% trustable. The property has a private access to a waterfall, 10 min walk.

The pools are great. We were traveling during low season. The grounds are well kept and beautiful.

Affordable, gorgeous, tranquil, white sand turquoise waters!!! Isla Turtuga snorkeling - private island adventure -was AWESOME!! MONTEZUMA HAD 2 turtle releases on the beach!!! Lots of wildlife, lots of monkeys seen everywhere especially at montezuma beach near park and soccer field! Howlers and toucans , morph butterflies, iguanas seen daily from our deck or terrace or in town! Live Reggae music 3 times a week in town! Lay out of Frangipani Casa is nice!! Attached private stucco out door shower Is fabulous! 1 main bedroom - slept the best I’ve ever slept! -Lots of windows with screens for continuous fresh air , AC in bedroom - daily maid service was incredible to have , fresh towels , washed dishes ect….we left a little tip each day. -living room sleeps 2 on very nice twin size beds (couch folds out to trundle ) Colors of house are white, linen, light gray concrete, accents of dark wood. Love color palette, very tastefully decorated and minimalistic. Definitely felt like enough room for 4 - Kitchen was perfect in size and esthetics! Loved the Private Terrace and DECK FACING JUNGLE AND OCEAN VIEW Just a little bit of mosquitoes at sunset Fully stocked house, except NEED pay for laundry for a small fee. Staff- Johnson and Alex - very easy to talk with - fantastic staff!! Enjoyed conversations with them. Very peaceful and safe stay! There were Toucans outside our window, howler monkeys, iguanas, ylang ylang trees, fresh coconuts given to us from Johnson. ** guide dog, Flouckey guided us to Montezuma Waterfalls (4 tiers of waterfalls ) Floukey dog was amazing! He protected us, showed us the entire way on hike - such a smart sweet dog- great with children!!! ** Pool is beautiful, grounds gorgeous and private and tranquil , set in jungle on mountain, no bugs in house and grounds were very nice. Gorgeous ocean view from mountain. Has hiking trials that lead to 4 tiers of WATERFALLS Loved our stay! Will be back! We live in Costa Rica and this is definitely a favorite!!

Loved the room and its beautiful balcony and view. The room felt large and private. The pool exceeded my expectations (the view was gorgeous and the water temperature perfect)! The facility is well-kept, beautiful, and very clean. The staff was very available and helpful.

The wifi signal could have been stronger, but it was manageable and nice to unplug for my vacation. The signal is strongest in the center of the facility.

Alex and Johnson were so helpful and the property is beautiful.

Everything! The place is kept in excellent conditions, every day the staff provided maintenance and constantly asked if we needed anything, the villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Johnson and the cleaning lady (sorry we can’t remember her name) were super helpful, friendly and respectful. We felt at home.

The entrance from the parking lot, could be a little wider, going in with the suitcases was a bit uncomfortable.

The pool, garden areas, patio- lots of room to lounge in the villa. Very clean and gorgeous views. You are isolated from the town but we liked this.

Check in process a bit challenging in finding where we were supposed to be- air conditioning only in the bedroom, which does make sense....
