We came as a small family group, 3 adults, a 9 year old and a baby. We were received very well! The front desk was extremely professional and very kind. They were very flexible with early check in and late check out. The cot was already installed in the room. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment at no extra cost! They also had a free gym and sauna (must be booked to be prepared). The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, modern, with very comfortable beds, easily programmable wall fans and air conditioning. The apartment also had a small kitchen fully equipped with everything you need! It also had a small garden and a table with chairs for breakfast or dinner outside. We also enjoyed the pools! they also had one for babies! The surrounding nature, children's park and many activities for children were amazing! The location was also excellent, very close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Before we left, I realized I couldn't find my gold ring, but the lady at the front desk assured me that if they found it, they would contact me. A few days later, when I was already giving up hope of finding it, I got a call from this wonderful lady at the front desk who had found my ring. It made my day! I was super happy!

We managed to get a really good rate on booking.com so the studio was amazing value for money. We had a very large kitchen/dining/living area with separate bedroom. It looked as though it had been renovated recently as everything looked brand new! The location was ideal for us, but might be a longer walk to nissi beach for some people. The air con and fan worked brilliantly, although the only issue we found was a broken toaster (everything else was perfect)
