Had everything needed for a nice stay. Nice pools and beautiful beach.

The building itself could use some TLC in places but the unit was great!

We had a few hiccups in the beginning. Sadly our fridge didn't work lost all the cold foods . Then we went to the water and got back and trying to bathe the kids and the shower was so stopped up my 2 year old had water up to her knees or above. Then the next day they finally fixed it and we turned the shower on..and the shower head pops off and hits my other child in the head. So it was a bumpy start. Overall they had a wonderful service rep. That helped fix everything and refused to let our trip go bad. It worked out . Everything got fixed. The room was a bit dated and needed a few up grades. Overall it's in a great location. Please have someone come to sweep or leave a broom there. Tks

Small and quiet

The access to room tight. Carts not all wheels turn. The stairs well and exterior needed some maintenance. Overall good for the value

The location was spot on. The condo was clean. The condo was decorated very cute. Other than the code not being provided and the beds being uncomfortable we did have a lovely stay.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The pool had a code to get in. I was not provided with the code nor could I get ahold of anyone to give me the code. We were there for two nights and would have appreciated the code for the pool.

I rarely leave reviews and definitely not one like this, but this particular unit (Tradewinds #1008 in Orange Beach, FL) needs attention. I can't speak to any other units at this facility and they may be fabulous, this review is just #1008. Almost everything is broken, unclean or outdated. The tv has a dark bar in the middle 3rd, the guest bath shower head popped off and shot me in the face while taking a shower, the guest bath tub has 2-3 inches of standing water in it after a shower, the patio door blinds are off the track on one end and drag the floor, the furniture smells and is visually dirty, wobbly and noisy ceiling fans, the air conditioner is extremely noisy and you need to close the bedroom door while sleeping, the garbage chute is right next to the bedroom closet so any trash being dumped makes a big racket (there are signs posted to not use between 11pm and 8am and ppl abided by this), but come 8am guess what you wake up to?... there is more, but i am tired thinking about it. Janky is the best single word description I can think of to describe this unit. I wish I had photos to share. Thank goodness the weather was great and we were outside most of the time.

Upon arrival we found the elevator was broken. Walked up the 10 floors. The doors were all rusted, not a great first impression. The trash shoot is next to the front door. The sound woke my son up each day. The second bed, pull out sofa had a terrible mattress that was too squeaky! I ended up sleeping on the sofa, not pulling it out. The bathroom was moldly.... needs to be recaulked.

The decore is cute. Needed more pillows., sheets. We stripped the twin bed in the wall area to add a sheet to the sofa.

The washer machine said it might overflow if use so we weren’t able to use it to have clean clothes on the ride home
