Hotel y Aguas Termales de Chignahuapan

Nos encantó la zona de albercas privadas del hotel, así como la atención y el servicio en el restaurante. En todo momento, el personal se preocupaba por mantener el lugar limpio y constantemente revisaba que las charolas tuvieran alimentos disponibles, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera muy agradable. También nos encantó el té de hierbabuena. No esperábamos que la temperatura del agua fuera tan caliente, pero fue una grata sorpresa y disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia. Sin duda, esperamos volver para conocer y disfrutar ahora sí de todas las instalaciones del hotel.

Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que salir a una farmacia, ubicada aproximadamente a 20 minutos del hotel, en dirección al centro de Chignahuapan. Considero que sería excelente contar dentro de las instalaciones con una pequeña tienda tipo OXXO o de conveniencia, especialmente para quienes viajamos con niños y podemos necesitar algún producto de manera imprevista. También consideramos que hace falta mayor iluminación durante la noche, principalmente en los caminos, ya que esto ayudaría a transitar con mayor seguridad. Por último, el acceso al hotel tiene algunos tramos de camino sinuoso, por lo que recomendamos conducir con precaución y, de ser posible, utilizar un vehículo adecuado para este tipo de camino.

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel y Aguas Termales de Chignahuapan, and overall we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time together as a family. The thermal waters were an incredible experience, the facilities were clean, and the natural surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the opportunity to disconnect from our busy routines and enjoy such a beautiful place. The rooms were comfortable, and we could see that the hotel works hard to provide a pleasant environment for its guests. We made many great family memories during our visit, and there are many things about this hotel that we would gladly recommend to others ..

However, there is one very important issue that I believe deserves immediate attention: the internet service. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all—not in our room, not in the common areas, and not even outside the hotel. As someone who works remotely, having a reliable internet connection is not simply a convenience; it is a necessity. Before traveling, I expected that I would be able to continue working during certain hours, but that became impossible because there was essentially no internet service available anywhere on the property. This situation caused a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation. I had to postpone work responsibilities and spend valuable vacation time trying unsuccessfully to find a stable connection. In today's world, many travelers combine leisure with remote work, and dependable internet access has become an essential service rather than an optional amenity. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving its internet infrastructure. Doing so would greatly enhance the experience for future guests, especially those who need to stay connected for work, emergencies, or simply to communicate with family. Despite this issue, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we appreciate the hospitality we received. We would love to return in the future, and we hope that by then the internet service will have been significantly improved so that future visits can be enjoyable in every way.
