1. At the Hotel, the bank terminal refuses to accept payments in euros - only in Albanian leks, which is an additional cost for currency conversion. The administration of the Hotel in the future should deal with this issue. 2. Sometimes weak Wi-Fi connection. 3. There is no glass anywhere in the room, not even in the bathroom. 4. The garbage can is only in the far corner of the room. 5. Breakfast is extremely monotonous. 6. Making a check-out very early in the morning, the day administrator told me the day before that I could ask for coffee, because the room was booked until 12:00, and I checked out around 4:00 for leaving to the Airport. However, the night administrator in the morning asked for payment for coffee. 7. When paying for coffee, the night administrator took my card in his hands and made the payment on his own, while I did not see the amount on the terminal that I had to pay. For financial security purposes, this is not allowed. 8. The Hotel, for an additional fee, called me a taxi early in the morning to Tirana Airport and warned me that it would inform the taxi driver that the payment had already been received from me, because I had paid by card the day before departure. However, having arrived at the departure terminal, the taxi driver demanded payment, which means double costs, which are also quite high. I strongly ask the Hotel Management to deal with this problem, because as a result I experienced stress.

The hotel was dirty, people smoked all over the place, it looked like a place for drugs. We came, not even spend the night because it was disgusting and they still took the money for all the nights we ordered

The staff is excellent, and Henry was very social and helpful, the cleaning lady does a excellent / outstanding job also

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Great breakfast. And especially friendly and helpful staff: Memjon, Redon, and Henri. Memjon gave us pointers as to where to go for the night life, and just overall very friendly and professional. Redon would negotiate taxi prices for us and tell us where to take the bus. Henri even dropped me off at the Skanderbeg square after he finished his shift. Thanks for everything!

The maintenance in the rooms could be on a bit higher level. The view from the window was a bit confusing..

The hotel was clean, most things worked apart from the shower heads which needed a very good descaling in 2 of our 3 rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful and Mr Memjon was incredibly helpful when I was having trouble finding transport to Montenegro. He went beyond the call of duty making calls to various taxi firms and after we'd gone he even sent a whatsapp to check that we'd made it safely. It was a lovely personal touch.

The hotel was a lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, decent location. Unfortunately when I searched booking.com I used the filter for hotels with disabled facilities as one of us is in a wheelchair. I was phoned the day before the expected stay and advised that there was no lift. As the guest with the wheelchair can walk up stairs as long as there is a handrail I thought that would be ok as it was too late to start looking for a new hotel and there was no time for that. I was advised that there was a hand rail and so that would be ok. Unfortunately they didn't mention that to enter the property there are a few steps which don't have a hand rail so it was a bit difficult to manage. So, great place to stay as long as you're not disabled.

It is located very near to the Skanderbeg Square, very good restaurants, bars and café houses are near the hotel. It was easy to find, was quiet and the staff were super friendly. The receptionists were helpful and they were up to a chat. Breakfast was lavish, with eggs, sausage, ham, jam, cake and coffee. Although the single room was rather small, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was relatively spacious, but as I spent only the nights in my room, this was also not a problem.

It was very hard to find the property. Parking space is difficult. My room smelled awful, so I had to keep the window open all night in order to sleep normally. The room was too small even for the budget room I paid for. The price of the booking was 33. 60 EUR including taxes, they charged 35 EUR. The Internet connection in the room was very poor.
