Nothing i didn't like, choices were excellent but I am a big eater so would have preffered an option to have 2 eggs and 2 slices of bread/toast

It's a really great place to stay close to everything The room is large and has a comfy bed large en suite People are so friendly cannot do enough for you Food is Fabulous And a fantastic price

Due to Covid, breakfast was served in our room, from a chosen menu. This worked well for us. Hotel exceptionally clean and well cared for

Although very clean, we thought the bathroom should have a hard floor not a carpet. One of the twin beds was smaller than standard size.

Breakfast was fantastic and delicious,it was only a 10 minute walk into town a nice quiet area The room was spotless and always cleaned to a exceptionally high standard and the host were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you any thing you needed they would get it for you

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Rooms were great size, very clean and nice decor. Good location, quiet but close to town and the seafront. Very yummy breakfast. Overall could not have asked for more!

Everything was amazing! If anything the pillows were so full and plump it was difficult to get used to in comparison to my usual flat pillows 😂

The B & B is impeccable clean. Absolutely lovely and very well presented. Myself and my partner lin loved the room. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of with a quick brief on the breakfast, parking, local area and Covid related issues. The food was amazing ordering was simple and having the food delivered to your room worked very well. Overall we couldn't have been happier with Angela texting to see if we were ok and the fact the room was made up each day was something we've only experienced from large chain hotels. Overalls the stay the the room the food and overall experience was second to none. Would we book again 🤔 Yes definitely thank you so much

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room which was well presented. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful both on arrival and throughout our stay, providing directions and recommendations as well. Breakfast by room service was excellent and very prompt, we loved the little extra touches like the message on arrival and notes on the bag containing breakfast items. the attention to detail is fantastic & makes a big difference. highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic warm and welcoming owners. The property is decorated to a high standard the building was warm and welcoming, the room was large with a good sized bed which was very comfortable and inviting where is tea and coffee plus bottled water on arrival in the room which was replaced daily , the bathroom was to a high standard with all the toiletrys you need thought your stay . The breakfast was fantastic and plentyful with a good selection of cold and cooked breakfast

The greeting was warm and friendly if a bit over bearing. Kept standing in the doorway for some time. The breakfast was impressive. On a whole the stay was good value for money.

We were unaware the breakfast room was closed and the meal would be served in our room, takeaway style. We couldnt access the wardrobe without moving the dining table and chairs (from the breakfast room) and then had to move them back to navigate the bed. Unfortunately the pillows (2) were either too high or flat and the edge of the mattress was uncomfortable. I could also feel the springs on my side.

Owners were very welcoming and accommodating, excellent facilities room was extremely clean and well equipped, location was great would definitely stay again.

Good location for all shops, restaurants , harbour, beach, promenade and little train. Property was exceptionally clean, public area had hand sanitiser available on entering and COVID-19 information about social distancing. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with plenty of storage space for personal things.the bathroom was very clean with large bottles of toiletries available, and nice fluffy white towels. The twin beds we had were very comfortable with spotless white bedding. The tray was filled up every day with more than enough tea, coffee,milk etc and lovely biscuits. Due to Covid-19 breakfast was served in our room, ordering the night before, with plenty of hot and cold choices available. In the morning cold options were served first, at a time of our choosing, and hot breakfast came about 15 mins later in a pizza box which kept it hot. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and advising us on the best way to go to other places in the area. I would definitely recommend, and if I go to visit the area again this would definitely be my first choice.
