Piscadera Harbour Village

I liked the easy self-check-in and check-out. The facilities were nice, private, and clean. The apartment was fully air-conditioned and had a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Shari was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the curtains in the living room and kitchen did not provide enough privacy at night, as people outside could see inside when the lights were on.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The rooms were almost soundproof. everything including the air condition units were in good working condition. i was impressed with the security features, very modern.

I felt there could be more communication with regards to what is expected. I believe better could have been done with regards to complimentary bath soap, it was way too little for family of three. The night before I checked out, I asked a question regarding laundry detergent and the possibility of the company having for purchase, I never got a response. I am an individual who doesn't like to travel with dirty clothing. so, a simple response would have been appreciated.

I was a solo traveler, and the hostess was responsive to all of all my questions from how directions to the property, how to get the key out the box and access the door to the gate was answered with kindness and promptness. I was grateful for the help each time I called or texted. She even video'd with me to ensure I had it right. Everything you needed including tv in English and chargers for you to use if you forgot the converter were available throughout your stay. Also, 3 restaurants food and drinks were just down the hill within walking distance.

The rooms feel a little bare and could use some warmth but the mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front room was comfortable, but I am always nervous that multiple uses of sofas and throw pillows are not steam cleaned after each visitor.

The location.The apartment was outdated some more hangers for towels in bathroom.The bungalow was nice. Cleaning of poolarea should be better.
