Comfortable, clean and excellently facilities and good to have own private garden along with access to main rear garden.
Everything available for a stay, easy access to rear garden and friendly host family, there was nothing we disliked.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the location. The accommodation was very comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. A great base for exploring the area, and overall, we had a really enjoyable experience.

Everything! It’s a beautiful little cottage in a great location. Very comfortable, great shower, lovely little courtyard which was completely secure for our dog. Nice touch to have milk & a bottle of wine in arrival, even biscuits for the dog. The owner also kept in touch to check all was ok.
Everything was great for us. Would just say if you’re staying longer (we were just there for the weekend) there’s not much storage for clothing, only a small hook on the wall with 4/5 hangers for hanging clothes and a set of drawers.

terrymarsh59@outlook.com Everything we needed. A small private courtyard garden for our dog, but use of the owners also available. Lovely comfy bed. Parking space. Well equiped single storey apartment. 2 min drive to Dedham. Amazing countryside walks. Dedham is such a beautiful village, well worth a visit!!
Nothing really. It did get rather hot in the lounge area in the afternoon. Maybe some heavier curtains would help, but this is a minor detail to an otherwise lovely holiday.
