The location was out of the main parts of the district or secluded within a small square of restaurants and apartments. It's well lit outside, so safety wasn't a concern. The AC works well, and the curtains add privacy. It's good value for money.

First, the key for the door needs major improvement. I would be stuck trying to lock and unlock my door from the outside for minutes at a time, which starts to get unpleasant after a while. It just wouldn't catch the lock properly when turned. Second, the floor had hair upon entry in the corners around the apartment. It would be appreciated if that was cleaned thoroughly, especially if they do room cleaning. Third, the AC unit could be placed somewhere else and not facing the head of the bed. Some days, my throat would be too dry.

the staff were really lovely, welcoming and helpful

the apartment wasn’t clean at all. there were stains all over the walls and other peoples hair in the beds when we checked in. it would have been a great place to stay if the cleaning was better

The apartments are quite spacious with cooking facilities, should you chose to cook inside. But with cheap and wonderful streetfood everywhere, probably not such a great feature.

The aircons badly need serviced. They could not cool the apt down in the summer 30C heat. We had to request a fan to supplement the struggling AC unit which was set to lowest of 16C but was ineffectual. The apts need bedside reading lamps. Only ceiling spotlights throughout. Watch for the sharp corners on the bedframe - can cut legs.

The room is ok, and quiet location.

We found a condom in the sofa. They overcharged the laundry (16usd for a very small bag). Elevator was off during one day, we had to climb by the stairs to the 5th floor

Convient to restaurants and American Consulate. I stayed here two years ago

The very tall and heavy sliding door to the bedroom fell to to ground all by itself behind my back missing me by inches. had it hit me or my wife we would have been injured. The floor bracket was rusted through - dangerous. The air conditioning vent only pointed diectly down on the bed and could not be adjusted - it is broken. The shower floor tile is the "wrong" type having a smooth slippery surface - highly dangerous. The toilet Hose leaks as the floor is constantly wet - it could be the wax seal - I didn't bother to check. :) Terry Henderson

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything suited my taste and the price is suitable for solo travelers which is a great plus. Not far from the river, and a walk distance from various touristic spots.

The air-conditioning was limited to the sleeping area so the living room was quite hot but not unbearable ~ All in all the hotel is great.

quiet and roomy, good a/c, close to groceries, restaurants, sights. Free washing on the roof.

I noted that we come 1.5 hour before check-in, but a receptionist said that our room don't ready, and offer me pay for early check-in, I paid and, it turned out that room had been ready! A stove was broken and microwave oven doesn't work (but staff did change it by my request). Myriad ants attacked us constantly.

The receptionist was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Great budget option near the zoo and river. comfortable bed and aircon. staff pleasant and helpful. on inside courtyard away from the noise of this mad city.

The location is really ideal.

Shower area was quite dirty. Ceilings and walls were dirty.
