Well located property, next to city center and the historical neighborhood. Comfy place, with all amenities necessary to have a nice stay.

Neighbors in the up floors can be noisy.

Comfortable beds, nice nature view and natural lighting from the windows. Quiet place. Generally the prices are high in every place in Luxembourg, so depending on that and in comparison, this place has a good price.

It is pretty far from the center on foot. As a first walk in the town, we did this, but only for once. It is not for walking. You need car/taxi/transport media.

The room is bigger than it looks like in the photos, there's candies (for a price) in the room. The bathroom is huge

There's a wooden stair next to the flat and you can hear everything happening in the stairs. The hosts are nice, but I had a problem with the other guests (they were doing a lot of noise at 4am) and when I shared this with the host, I didn't receive any answer.

This is an ok apartment in central Luxembourg, we got a first-floor apartment, which was like one big studio with two double beds and a sleeping sofa. There you will find kitchenette with all appliances, dining table, minibar with snacks, free cofee and thee, so in general it was quite ok. We would stay there again

The most awful experience in my life! No heating, windows opened on minus 1, in the toilet there was mold, sheets weren't clean or ironed, and worse of all was the owner who says "I do not care and we are looking forward to welcoming people like you" whatever that meant for him. I was there with two children. And jn the middle of the night someone tried to enter our room with the key, while us being locked from the inside! This should be reported to inspection or similar and Booking.com should definitely unlist this property before it scams more people!

Very nice apartament with big and comfortable beds. Good location - near to bus stops but also nice for walk to the centre of Luxembourg and train station. It's near Petrusse park and it's beautiful area. Well-equipped kitchen (except cutlery) with coffe machine. No problem with keys. Good Wi-Fi.

Despite of information on booking - there was no washing maschine. Maybe it is somewhere in the building but there isn't any information about it. We were six and there was not enough cutlery and bowls for us. But at the and we menaged somehow :)

It was super spacious, clean, full of light and easy to get to.

The bathroom had a damp smell and there was only one towel per person.

The garden flat is located in a lovely area within walking distance of the center of Luxembourg. The flat is spacious and has a nice view over the property's large garden. Access was simple and the hosts communicated the instructions clearly.

- The garden flat has wonderful potential but is lacking a few basic essential items which would make a summer stay far more comfortable - a fan for hot evenings, wine glasses, suggestions for local sightseeing/restaurants etc. - Noisy when other guests arrive home late. - Charged for private parking at the back of the property

filthy! clean for the eye, however in the corners, under the beds, behind the sofa lots and lots of dirt.

Location was quiet, fairly central. Beds were comfy, bathroom was large. Host was responsive before and during the beginning of our stay, until we asked about the washing machine that was advertised in the listing.

The listing said there is a washing machine in the flat. This is not true. When we asked for access, the host told us to ask the cleaning lady the next day. She comes between 11am-2pm, so we were out exploring. We left her a note, but came home to no response. We reached out to the host again to explain that we are on a long journey and booked this place specifically to be able to freshen up our clothing. He did not reply, and recieved no further communication from him. We are not impressed. Also, it advertises itself as a "garden" flat. While it's true there is a yard in the back, it is overgrown and weedy - not well-maintained or inviting. Finally, it's not a well-stocked flat. It could benefit from having a botttle opener, a broom, hand towels, a lamp or light in the living room, soap in the shower, a plug for the dtain in the kitchen sink, and more paper towels. It felt thrown together, sparse, and unwelcoming.
