An Amazing Villa with Perfect Location at only 200 Meters from the Cala Egos Beach !
Die Villa Turquesa ist ein fantastisches Anwesen am Meer in perfekter Lage am idyllischen Strand von Cala Egos. Die Villa besteht aus 4 Doppelzimmern, alle mit Klimaanlage, auf 3 Etagen und geräumigen Wohnbereichen. Der Eingang führt zum Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, gemütlicher Sitzecke, großem Flachbildfernseher, SAT und DVD. Diese Etage besteht auch aus einem Essbereich und einem Doppelzimmer mit Flachbildfernseher / DVD und luxuriösem Bad (Badewanne und Dusche). Glasschiebetüren vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer führen zu einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick über den Pool und das kristallklare türkisfarbene Meer. Diese Terrasse ist mit einem modernen Gasgrill und einem Tisch mit Stühlen ausgestattet, an dem Sie Grillgerichte im Freien genießen können. Eine Treppe führt zum Turm, wo sich ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zur Dachterrasse befindet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten einen bequemen Zugang zum Poolbereich mit Liegestühlen und bequemen Liegemöbeln. Die Aussicht von innen und rund um den Infinity-Pool ist absolut atemberaubend.

Location, Location, Location! This property gets a 10 out of 10 for location. The view from the property was nothing less than stunning, the infinity pool overlooking the sea was where many hours were spent. There is a path leading from the property 200 meters to Cala Egos beach, a small, quiet beach. The home was well equipped both from the owners and previous guests, two fridges, washer, dryer, floaties and toys for the pool. The pictures on the website were dated, the lounge chairs around the pool do not come with cushions, and 3 or 4 of the chairs were torn. The pool area has 4 umbrellas which helped to keep the area shaded. There was a comfortable outdoor seating area with cushions that overlooks the pool and sea. The large outdoor dining table is off the living room, up one level from the pool. There is a bathroom that is accessible through it’s own entrance off the pool. The home is clean, sparsely decorated, it does not come with shampoo, conditioner, soap or shower gel. The pool towels are dated and could use an update. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and small shops. We rented a vehicle and did day trips around the island.

We were a group of 3 couples. The property is very large and situated within walking distance of the town and marina. There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets. Our favourites were on the marina about a 20 minute walk away.
The villa is as it looks in the photos. Very clean with amazing views. The upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door and one of downstairs bedrooms is reached through the other one but it wasn’t a problem for our group.
The bathrooms are large with plenty of hot water and large showers.
We made use of the BBQ and there is plenty of fridge and freezer space in the large kitchen.
Scott is the contact person who met us at the villa to explain his everything worked. We had a couple of minor queries whilst there, I text Scott and had a response in 10 minutes and the problem resolved within 20 minutes.
I would highly recommend this villa

Perfect holiday home. Pool and house were excellent. Cala Egos a 5-10 min stroll away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Real bonus was the walk way to the sea. Teenagers loved jumping in and snorkelling amongst the fish.
