The house is in a great location with private beach access. The two dishwashers, two refrigerators and double ovens were a plus! One bedroom is on the main floor while all others are on the 2nd floor. Walmart is not too far from here (and they will deliver here). We enjoyed our stay!

This is an incredible property perfectly situated for beach enjoyment. I only gave 4 stars overall due to presence of carpenter ants mainly in the kitchen/living/dining room areas.

Prickett is amazing and the house and service are fantastic. This house is a great beach vacation house, and we love coming here every year because of the tremendous location. My gripes with this house are essentially all cosmetic. The main tv was broken - about 1/5th of the screen on the right side was completely black. The mattresses are so incredibly soft that you basically sink into them. The sink handle in one of the upstairs bathrooms was broken. The chandelier above the table looks like it is hanging at an angle.

The house was a great size for our group, with a nice layout, plenty of space, and a great location. It has a lot of potential but clearly needs better maintenance and deep cleaning. When we arrived, the walls and baseboards were dirty, and the couches were covered in dog hair. The cleaning lady came out quickly, but it was obvious the property hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.Throughout our stay, we noticed more issues: dust on lamps, stained bedding, and even a wallet left between mattresses from a previous guest. One fridge wouldn’t stay cold, we had to call maintenance twice, and there was visible mold in the bathrooms. Damaged steps were patched with duct tape, and parts of the downstairs floor were cracked or separated.The beds were uncomfortable—one had to be repaired, and others sagged due to makeshift box springs. The sheets were thin and didn’t fit properly. We even did a walk-through with maintenance to document existing damage like missing door stoppers and marked walls.For the 6,600 price, we expected much better cleanliness and upkeep. The home could be amazing with proper care, but the online photos make it look far nicer than it is.
