Great location minutes away from the historical center, restaurants and boutiques. The hotel is clean and the view from the terrasse is amazing.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. The room is not well soundproofed so good luck sleeping after 8am. Staff is very helpful and caring, but you have to ask for everything twice.

The room was too cold, even though there was no a/c or fan. TV didn’t work properly.

Great location. Modern hotel. The rooftop jacuzzi is definitely a perk.

They had no allergen information in the menu. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without knowing it had nuts. I complaint, but I had to pay for it anyway. The street where the hotel is located is really narrow. Even though there is valet parking, you can create a traffic jam in just one minute.

The room was lovely, but I like a more private bathroom. Also, the lighting was not enough, I had a hard time grooming for a wedding

Incredibly helpful & friendly staff, and great quality on food items at the Restaurant, very beautiful location and style.

It doesn´t specifies that there isn´t parking and instead you have to leave your car at the valet which unfortunately in Mexico is not a great option, also room is very dark due that it is very open to the streets & hallway for everyone to be able to see you from the window, therefore you have to keep the curtains & windows shut all the time, also the safety deposit box is extremely slow and not bolted to the wall which therefore any thief can extract it from the room and open it with a saw later.

Very nice property, Centric location & Excellent service! The food at the terrice restaurant was also delicious. The roof top with the living room and fire place provide a very plecent and area to enjoy with family and friends.

The Wifi in the room was poor or non existant. But in public areas it work fine. It would be nice to have a little more privacy of the bath room area in the room. Stayed in room Zuma. If you are in the room and some uses the bathroom you can hear everything.

Design was really something. Scandinavia style int he heart of Mexico is really a catch. Floor is done from solid wood. The location is perfect, close to central square with nice view on roofs and cathedrals. Bar with fireplace was also nice, service in the restaurant - perfect.

The humidity in the hotel was extremely high, clothes were wet afterwards. The room is great but needs to more basic stuff like hooks for towels, soap (or shower gel). Safe was not attached to anything and I wonder why to use it at all as it really ease to take it out. The road to the hotel is really narrow and to get there one needs to be a local, as traffic is organized poorly (but it is not problem of the hotel itself but the place)

Extremely small TV, Internet on the TV did not work, I had a leak on the batbroom and keot waking me up. The jacuzzi was supposed to be hot and it was extremely cold. The staff took forever in everything.

Such an incredible experience! I can’t critique anything about this lovely small boutique. The beds were AMAZING!! My friend and I cannot stop talking about the beds. The service was fantastic! The woman at reception was warm, welcoming and they offered valet parking. Highly recommend! Perfect location. We bought all their soaps and lotions. We wanted to take mubu home with us! We will definitely return.

We LOVED everything about this hotel!!! It is adorable, cozy, chic, the decoration is spectacular, the staff (specifically the manager Veronica & our server Eric) were outstanding...they went above and beyond their job responsibilities to make us feel like we were the only people staying at the hotel. They were all truly accommodating :0) Our stay was fabulous and there is nothing I would change about it, we WILL stay at this hotel again!

Just because it’s always a plus to have in a room: add a hairdryer, iron & ironing board. It was truly no biggie for us though.
