Great pool area, lovely gardens, had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Plenty of space and everything we needed for us and four young adult children. Any issues were dealt with by Valentin very quickly and efficiently (E.g the dishwasher broke early on Sunday evening- a new one had been installed by lunchtime on Monday) Easy walk to local beach and approx 15 min stroll to latchi harbour with a choice of lovely restaurants. Blue lagoon boat trip is well worth it! If you have a car there are some lovely beaches a very short drive away (Kanape beach was our favourite- crystal clear waters for snorkelling) Adonis falls are also a great day out but be aware that while the road says ‘suitable for all vehicles’ it is still a very rough track! We hope to return.

Everything was great- if we were being picky, the BBQ could do with a new grill- but we still managed to have a number of delicious BBQ’s!

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. Really clean and spacious, huge pool, over the road from the beach, a short ten minute walk to restaurants and shop. The sunset from the roof terrace was really special. Would fully recommend this place and hope to return.

The villa was lovely & clean. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The gardens were lovely & well kept & the villa was well maintained. The owner was friendly & helpful going out of his way to descale the coffee machine which struggled to work. It is well positioned in a quiet area but close to the beach, tavernas, Polis & Latsi

It felt a little overlooked, but this is a personal preference .

Really spacious, well equipped villa with lovely sea views. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower/bath room which suited our party very well. Lovely gardens and pool set in a quiet location down a road that only serves a handful of properties. Comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and shade from the trees, plenty of outdoor tables and chairs. A 5 minute walk to the beach and only a bit further on to shops, cafes and restaurants at the port. We had a problem with the hot water and contacted the landlord. An engineer arrived to fix the problem the next morning.

Being picky... Could have been cleaner. Under the beds were dusty, kitchen cupboard fronts needed cleaning, but it really wasn’t bad.
