sofas too low and dining room chairs not comfortable. when I had to check out the lifts were being worked on from 7.30 to 9 originally but it was going on an hour after. I couldn’t talk to the lift engineer so had to make 2 trips to get my luggage down into the garage. I have physical issues that make stairs and lifting weights a bad idea and am now experiencing issues caused by having to drag bags down from the third floor. not a large block and it shouldn’t be done when people are checking out.

The bedrooms would benefit from shutters due to the closeness of the property next door. This would allow the windows to be open and maintain privacy. This would be particularly useful in summer.

Everything. The modern apartment was well equipped everything was provided it was amazing. Perfect location and viewa.

Nothing to not like.

Well appointed with quality appliances, cutlery, generous crockery and glassware. Great place to relax and watch the big ships pass, surfers chancing their skill and luck and close to walkways and beach. Thoroughly enjoyable. Good location close to Coffee Cat etc.

The power points in the kitchen were difficult to access.

The view - magnificent outlook The position of this apartment was convenient to everything and we did not have to use our car 100% of the time (unless we wanted to which wasn’t until the last day ) The coastal walk on the doorstep leads to everything and it was so easy to get places The sofas and tables were well placed and everything was in excellent condition

Unfortunately I did not find the double bed mattress to my personal liking It was lumpy and a bit uncomfortable It seemed to be higher in the middle and sloping on the sides It didn’t seem flat It was too soft and not supportive However that is not a big issue for 4 nights Maybe if it was a longer stay it would be a major issue as I get a sore back Another unfortunate issue was a bad smell wafted through the apartment from what we think were the drains inside the building - we located the smell from the main bathroom drain It only happened twice and was quickly dealt with by opening some windows and shutting the door to the bathroom
