Location was on main highway.

Very noisy early in the morning. Bad smell coming from drain in bathroom basin.

Bedroom was filthy and was not cleaned. We found some underwear near the bed side table. Don't know how long it was there for.

Even though the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare through Warrnambool, the double glazed windows meant the room was whisper quiet. We just needed a place to rest for the night and that’s certainly what we got. Very clean, very comfortable mattress, black out curtains, clean modern bathroom, friendly staff, everything you need for a good night’s sleep.

The PowerPoint for my mobile phone, etc. was behind the bedside table and the bedside tables are screwed into the walls - meaning the PowerPoint can’t be accessed. The large bedside lamps are likewise glued to the centre of the tables, so can’t be moved aside to make space - in my case for a sleep apnea machine I need to have next to my bed. This is by no means a complaint. It’s just a sad reminder of the society we live in, that premises’ need to bolt down their assets so people don’t steal them.

Carpet was very smelly and I had asthma atta k do, was disappointed… wish they would have peripheral cleaning and better room lightings…

Not enough clean carpets and exhaust fan and hair dryer had lots of dust… had asthma and with bad lights it was disappointing…
