Oasis

George is a great host. He picked me up from the ferry and was always available to help, even providing me with water bottles as the shops were not close. He also let me check out late with no extra charge. The bed was huge and comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

The 'kitchen' facilities could have been better - just a fridge and something to boil water.

Easy access to the ferry, clean, quiet and helpful host.

The compact bathroom

We appreciated the daily cleaning of the room which is irreproachable and the free picking at the port, that was a nice gesture from the host.

The room we booked was supposed to have a view on the garden but instead we had a view on the parking and the street so we have been a little disappointed knowing that the beautiful view on the garden is the main asset of the hostel.
