floor not clean, still got hair & bread crumbs below dinning table.

We had a great time here! The accommodation is quite large and comfortable. There are many beds. The kitchen is well-equipped. The check-in process was easy and smooth. Great location, close to the city centre and the central station :) Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.

We only stayed one night for catching the Bernina Express in the morning. We haven't noticed anything we haven't liked during our stay. We would've liked to have access to Netflix or another streaming service.

Place is a short walk (7-8 min) from the Chur Train Station. We made it to the property and proceeded to get our keys from the lockbox from info sent prior. Property was clean and very spacious. Kitchen had coffee.

A little more communication from the host would have been nice. We had a couple of immediate questions but we sorted those out by ourselves. The whole apartment did not have a mirror except in the bathroom, so a little difficult. Had to open windows since the apartment was very warm. A bit noisy until 11:00 pm since it is roadside, but after that it was quiet.

Everything. Such a nice apt. Very cozy. Love the coffee machine and fully equipped kitchen.

Parking was far away from the property Street noise quite audible in the apartment

Well equipped and clean apartment above Mamma-Mia restaurant, not far from train station and shopping center, good functional heater, there’re big Migros and Denner supermarket near train station

A bit difficult go up to the first floor with the spiral staircase if you have big luggage, dining table is fit for just 4 person which not enough for us(we have 6)

Location OK.

In Booking.com web, it mentioned have lift from ground floor to 1st level, however, it is no lift facility in actual. You can imaging how hard to move heavy luggage to upper level.

Great location within easy walking distance (with a 6 yr old) of the railway station, near the old town. Cable TV with English language channels and Netflix. Well maintained.

needed maintenance on furniture, no microwave, coffee machine broken, power went out,

close to the Trainline. Large apartment for family of 5.

Very noisy with traffic, trains & people. Only supplied 3 very small towels for 5 people. No microwave.

The apartment not too far from the main station. the room was nice and clean.
