We had a great week at this apartment, which had everything we needed. We had a one year old with us, and really appreciated the wooden cot with proper mattress (not just a travel one), highchair and stair gate. Both kids loved the on site pool and park and having the poolside bar/restaurant was also very handy. All beds were comfortable and communication from booking until the end of our stay was great. Thank you!

The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and very well equipped. We were a group of six aging between 3 to 73 and everyone's needs were best met. The apartment is cut in a way that one still has privacy and me-time although being there in a group. The building is new and modern and sparkling clean. The gardens and pool are very well attended to and pleasant to spend time in. My family and I especially appreciated the long pool with a shallow area on the side. This way I could do my swimming while keeping an eye on my little son. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant at the pool run by very friendly people, who serve good food. We had a wide open view on the valley from both the apartment and the cafe. It was great to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony of the apartment and gather in the cafe in the evening to watch the sunset. The owner of the apartment was always a whatsapp message away. He acted responsibly towards our questions and needs and cared sincerely about our comfort. If I go to Side again, I will choose this apartment and I will recommend it to friends.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this fabulous apartment which is part of a luxurious complex with many facilities including a restaurant with amazing food.
The spacious apartment had everything we needed as a family. The children enjoyed the beautiful pool and the complex even had a children’s play area. During our stay the temperature was up to 45 degrees so the air conditioning in every room was a godsend!
We purchased a very generous welcome pack which Sabine kindly picked to suit our family needs.
Communication with Antoon was excellent from start to finish and Sabine was there to greet us to check in and took time to show us around the complex even though we arrived very late.
Antoon’s welcome brochure was extremely detailed providing all the information we needed not just about the apartment but the local area including recommendations for restaurants, shops, pharmacies, money exchange, trips etc etc. It was just perfect for our first stay in Turkey.
Antoon arranged our airport transfers which were prompt and very reasonably priced.
Overall the apartment perfectly met our needs and I would highly recommend it!

This was one of the nicest places we I have ever stayed,
From the moment we booked the communication was excellent. We even got a copy of the welcome book in advance so we could plan our first few days.
The transfer organised by the host with Windmill set the holiday off to a perfect start, wifi , disco lights and TV onboard the teens were wowed!
We were met at the front door of the property by Sabine , and even though it was after eight in the evening, took time to show us carefully around the property.
Now the property WOW is where I will start! Not only was it immaculately clean. Antoon the owner has though of everything. From dishwasher, tablets through to laundry powder, cleaning materials, coffee filters. It’s all here!
In the lounge, there is a beautiful sofa which is a lovely place to relax. Cool air conditioning when needed. Beautiful bedrooms and large comfy queen size beds , a walking wardrobe and en suites in two bedrooms. What more could anybody want?
we thought the first night we will try and bar snack as it was late but we’re not expecting the superb quality of the meal and the warm welcome that we got in the Babylon bar we ate there a lot.
The whole atmosphere around the pool was relaxing and luxurious and peaceful. The grounds of kept to a very high standard and we wanted for nothing in our whole stay.
I am tempted not to leave this review because I don’t want anybody to know this wonderful secret as I hope to come back in the future! Thank you

Babylon Apartment 58 was more than we had hoped for, it is very spacious and very well presented and the photo's and description are very accurate. We particularly loved the large balconies on both floors with super views looking towards the mountains, garden and swimming pool. The bedrooms were of exceptional size and very comfortable. We used the kitchen daily for breakfast and lunch and found it to be very well equipped. Because it was summer time we enjoyed the outdoor space and didn't watch TV or play any of the DVD's or games however we did all enjoy the great hot tub jacuzzi! The 40m swimming pool was amazing, so clean and peaceful, yet also friendly, we always managed to get a sunbed; again the views were fantastic, so much better than the 5 star hotels on the doorstep. We also made use of the bar and restaurant on site, nothing was too much trouble , in particular we enjoyed the BBQ and karaoke evening, lots of fun dancing and singing :-) The location was perfect, set back from the main road and busier streets and shops yet only a few minutes walk away plus easy access to the dolmus bus which we used to visit Old Side ( a must). Sabine the local representative was lovely, she greeted us on our first morning and had provided a substantial welcome pack for us, going the extra mile to choose some items for our Son who is on a special diet. Everything was seamless from airport pick up, check-in and check-out. If you are looking for a lovely family apartment that is a little quieter yet close to the amenities then Babylon 58 is your place. We always say that we never return to the same place twice, however, after staying at Antoon's apartment we may just need to make an exception and break our family tradition.

Super Unterkunft!
Die Wohnung, die Anlage mit ihren Einrichtungen und die Nähe zum Geschehen/ Strand waren für uns perfekt.
Schlüsselübergabe hatten wir mit Sabine,eine Super nette Person die uns bei allen Fragen stets zur Seite stand und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Sie hat sogar den ersten Einkauf für uns erledigt.
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind . Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Matratzen waren perfekt.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden tatsächlich übertroffen und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wundervolle Anlage und Wohnung
Die Wohnung war toll, sowie die Schlüsselübergabe, die Lage und auch die Anlage. Da ich außerhalb der Saison da war, hatte ich das Gefühl in der Anlage allein gewesen zu sein. Allerdings fühlte ich mich, durch das Sicherheitskonzept (Kameras & Security am Eingang) absolut sicher. Zu dem Restaurant, Außenpool, Innenpool sowie der Sauna kann ich nichts sagen da der Betrieb dafür noch nicht aufgenommen wurde und es auch noch von den Temperaturen zu frisch für den Außenpool gewesen wäre.
Im großen und ganzen für mich die perfekte Unterkunft! In der auch Platz für bis zu 6 Personen war. Ich komme wieder sollte sich die Gelegenheit dazu ergeben! Danke :-)

Super Unterkunft
Es ist eine Super Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß in 5 min Erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Antoon ist sehr eng, wodurch aufkommende Probleme direkt behoben werden können. Die Unterkunft ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Excellent Stay
Lovely place to stay equipped with everything needed for a holiday. The views from the property are stunning as was the swimming pool which was never full. Communication from the owner was great and very informative. Within easy reach of restaurants, shops, beach and public transport. There is so much to see in the area and we hope to return at some point. Would highly recommend.

3 Wochen Luxus pur
Die Anlage und die Wohnung sind genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Schon bei der Ankunft hat man das Gefühl zuhause zu sein. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und nett. Der Service vom Transfer (Flughafen-Babylon u. Babylon- Flughafen) und das von Sabine bereits Kaffee, Getränke ( Wasser u. Saft) , Brot, Butter, Käse, Obst usw. für uns bei der Ankunft im Apartment bereit gestellt wurden. Kurz gesagt der gesamte Service von A - Z ist TOP!!!!!
Den tollen Pool haben wir fast täglich nach dem Frühstück genutzt oder haben beim Pförtner bescheid gesagt das wir zur Coppa Beach Club & Lounge möchten, er rief für uns den Fahrservice an, der uns abholte und auch später wieder zum Babylon fuhr. An der Pool-Bar (Restaurant) und auch an der Coppa Beach kann man sehr gut essen.
Der Ice-Banana Shake an der Pool-Bar können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Getränke werden auch an den Liegen serviert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind alle Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wonderful apartment
Babylon 58 is a fantastic apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there. The property is spacious, well equipped, clean and modern. The large balcony was lovely for meals and to sit out at night. We didn’t use the onsite facilities too much as we were out most days, but the pool was lovely and the bar facilities very good. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

Het is niet de eerste keer dat wij hier komen en zoals altijd perfect in orde. Het is voor ons een beetje thuis komen maar dan in Turkije.
Ons zoontje van 7 heeft genoten van het zwembad. Enkel jammer dat sommig mensen hun handdoek al van s ochtends vroeg er leggen. Maar dat is de mentaliteit van mensen helaas.
Een paar extra schaduw plaatsen aan het zwembad mag wel.
Onze zoon is nu groter maar we hebben vroeger ook voor dit appartement gekozen omdat het kindvriendelijk is.
Ook de dame die de check in doet (Sabine) is een echt aanspreekpunt. We hebben op haar beroep kunnen doen voor bv waar er een goed winkelcentrum was,enz.
We hopen volgend jaar terug te komen.

Ruim comfortabel luxe appartement dicht bij Side
Wij zij hier in oktober nog een week komen genieten van heerlijk zomerweer (tot 30 graden!). Zeer mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden en comfortabel appartement. Alles was kraaknet bij aankomst. We hadden op voorhand uitgebreide informatie gekregen over het appartement en de omgeving (winkels, restaurants, bezienswaardigheden). Babylon bevindt zich in een zeer rustige omgeving op wandelafstand van een paar supermarkten en het strand. In het appartement is er snelle wifi en in elke kamer is er een goede stille airco. De communicatie met Antoon en de vertegenwoordiger ter plaatse verliep heel vlot. Wij hebben hier een heel leuke vakantie gehad en kunnen het appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen!

We had a superb holiday the apartment was clean and well equipped ,being duplex made it feel very spacious,the owner is very responsive and attentive . The pool is beautiful no sun bed wars. The pool bar/restaurant provided a wonderful service including a party night ,food very good was a real bonus. We were provided with plenty of information about the local area and restaurants . The beach is lovely would recommend going to Coppa Beach club who provide free pickup and drop off service. No need for car local supermarket dropped our shopping back for us. Everything very accessible there’s even a call button for taxis at complex entrance. Will definitely be back

A spacious well maintained split level apartment.
We really enjoyed the accommodation. All the services worked fine and the apartment itself was quiet, secure and well managed. The cafe/restaurant by the pool is a useful asset if a little over priced. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the gym was not working. The area is busy and local buses run to Side and Manavgat. The shops are all rather similar but everything one needs for a holiday is within easy reach.

Babylon 58 is just the perfect place for a lovely quiet vacation. A lovely restaurant, Nice People, good service and a perfect Appartment. Everything was AS it Should be and I don’t Think it is the last time, We have Been there.

Fantastic apartment and complex - perfect for all the family!
Absolutely fantastic apartment that was more than enough room for myself, partner, daughter and parents. Having rented in other parts of Turkey before and found living space quite limited this was nothing of the sort with the 3 bedrooms, large living room and 2 balconies and of course 3 large bedrooms (two with lovely ensuites!)
The complex is excellent - massive pool and no fighting over sun beds whatever time of day we went down. A decent gym and a lovely bar with very reasonable drinks and food throughout the day.
Lots of shops and bars within walking distance but I would recommend taking a dolmus/taxi to antique side...lovely bars/shops along the beachfront.
Would certainly book this apartment again and have to say the communication and responses from the owner was first class all the way.

Lovely apartment and perfect location
Our Holiday was absolutely great. We loved the resort and you have a very beautiful apartment which we enjoyed very much. I recommend Babylon 58 apartment. Great value for money!
The owner send us a lot of very useful information long before our arrival and the communication was excellent. We were very impressed by the quick response and the efficient airport transfers.
We found the accommodation very clean, well equipped and well presented with lots of little extras to make the house feel more at home.
It is situated in a beautiful and quiet location with a very large terrace and with a Jacuzzi. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped to a very high standard and also very well maintained.
It has a complete kitchen with anything you will need to prepare a good dish, just go to the local store Carrefour and A101 for supplies (5 minutes walk).
We found leaflets in the apartment with a lot of useful information about different attractions.
There is a lot to see and do in the Antalya region, something for everyone.
There is a good restaurant on site and many others nearby. Local restaurants and even the beach bars will come and get you and drop you off free of charge which was great.
It is 5 minutes from the dolmus stop to take you to Manavgat / Side for a night out or for shopping.
A car is not necessary.
The location was perfect for us only 5 mins walk to the beach.
The pool was also very well maintained and a pleasure to swim.

Luxuriöse Unterkunft bei Side
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem äußerst gepflegten Apartmenthaus. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Sie entspricht genau den Fotos, die m.E. hinreichend für sich sprechen. Insofern kann ich mich nur den vielen ausgezeichneten früheren Bewertungen anschließen, denen ich nichts neues hinzufügen kann.

Appartement met alle comfort
Zeer ruim en goed onderhouden appartement. Het voelde een beetje als thuiskomen. Er werd werkelijk aan alles gedacht om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
De eigenaar heeft ons in alles bijgestaan van luchthavenvervoer tot welkomspakket. Zelfs wat te doen bij de luchthaven.
Het appartement was zeker ook verwarmbaar in de winter.
Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir waren im diesem Jahr im Babylon 58 mit 5 Personen.
Wir waren total begeistert Bilder können schon viel sagen aber als wir dort angekommen sind waren wir erst richtig begeistert noch viel schöner als auf den bilden.
Es ist sehr sauber und man merkt das es mit liebe gemacht ist es gibt in dieser Wohnung alles!
Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Gezellig, rustig en uitgebreide accomodatie.
Tof verblijf gehad, te voet boulevard bereikbaar, dolmus brengt u ook ter plaatse. Steeds heerlijk vertoeven. Een echte aanrader!

Wonderful late summer trip
October is an excellent and still hot month to come here.
We had a great time in Side with its enormous numbers of shops and good and cheap restaurants!
The apartment was beautiful, clean, very well furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
In the complex you can relax at the pool or on your private terrace and this in calm environment, 650 meters from the sandy beach.
During our stay, we have made several excursions. The market in Manavgat on Monday is a must to do. A car is not needed. Top location!
Also, the owner was very helpful with recommendations and our overall stay.

Fantastic aparment
We are a family of 5 - and have just spended our third summer in Babylon 58. We find the appartment and the surroundings very - very nice.
When we arrive the appartment and the whole property are allways very clean and well-maintained.
We love to use the terrasse at the appartment, the pool, the restaurant by the pool and the tenniscourt.
We do only have nice things to say about Babylon 58 - and hopefully we will get back.
We had also always received a very good service from both the owner and the local manager.

Fantastic holiday in Side
Our family had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful appartment in Side/Kumköy. A very well equiped appartment - both inside and outside. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was great, both children and adults loved that. We spent most of our days by the pool. Some good restaurants in the village, and a nice poolbar as well. We highly recommend this apparment for families - and couples!
