Lovely apartment very close to the beach at a quiet location. Modern style facility located at the top floor of the apartment block. Amazing sea view from the living room/kitchen/main bedroom. The living area apartment is rather small so I would only recommend it to max 4-5 people who are happy to share space day and night. Everything what you need for a self catering beach holiday was provided from the pans to pegs. Tina was also lovely, although it was a little hard to find her upon on our arrival. I wouldn't recommend the flat to families with small kids as there are lot of stairs and the balcony is not fully children safe.

This is a very good accomodation for everyone. We were with small children. They also enjoyed it. The flat has excellent layout. Beach was very close, supermarket is 5 minutes on foot.

Very nice, modern apartment a few tens of meters from the beach. Nearby is a restaurant and a supermarket (Spar). The owner was very nice and helpful. We were in Crikvenica for the third time and this was the best accommodation. - air conditioning for free - location of the apartment - free parking in front of apartment house - free wifi

Condensate from the air condition flows into the bucket on the terrace, you need to empty it more often. Assigning photos to the apartments here on booking.com is a bit confusing, you don't know exactly what the apartment will look like.

The house is very close to the see, around 2 minutes on walk.

Only cash was accepted by the host, however card also should have been possible based on the payment info. They didn't inform us about the cash payment, so we had to take it from an ATM. The cash withdrawal was 50 euro! It was really unfair!
