I was there in the middle of a hurricane And they told me I had to check out at 10am right when the storm was supposed to be overhead. I asked for late checkout due to storm and they just said no. they also charged $250 cleaning + 150 pet + 100 mandatory damage policy and even with t those ridiculous charges they expected us to wash pool towels. plus, one of the beds had sheets that clearly weren’t clean, there was old coffee in the coffee maker, and no propane in the grill. if still have given them a decent review if they were even a little compassionate during the hurricane. they wanted us out at 10am. I only wanted to wait until 11 or 12 to make sure the storm moved through and the just said there is “nothing they can do”

the kids loved the pool l, it was very close to the amusement park, it was clean

the gas grill didn’t work for us, not sure if it was the tank or the grill. extra bathroom rags and towels would’ve been nice

Pool are chairs broke- worn down. Garbage found from previous. All gaming tables very worn and difficult to play as super wobbly.

Had best week staying at Sunset Oasis. Staff very helpful. They even brought balloons over for our special events graduation and birthdays. Pool was cleaned twice ea Thursday. Grass cut and well maintained. Staff always answered our questions in a timely manner. There were 8 of us and house accomadated our week long family reunion with 3 generations. POOL was highlight for all of us. Best place ever!
