As private unit of part of a larger hotel one of the staff not so helpful with towels for pool.

Place was clean and comfortable. Owner easy to contact when I couldn’t find codes to enter garage or room. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

If I would have booked with Blackstone instead of booking.com, it would have been 200% less expensive.

Spacious and comfortable, clean and well stocked, close to downtown, would definitely stay here again.

This question is odd, there was no breakfast provided. The suite was clean, a great location and the property itself had a great pool and hot-tub area.

Maintenance, there was a bank of kitchen lights that didn't work. The stove fan exhaust cover had been broken off and not replaced. You could see dust bunnies and grease all along the top where the air was exhausting, not pleasant at all when cooking.

The underground parking was great. It was perfect as it was very chilly (-20C) for most of the visit. You also had access to complimentary do it yourself car washing. The apartment was nicely laid out, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 full bathrooms, a comfortable hide a bed, countertop eating area and full dining table. The kitchen had full compliment of cooking gear, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. A sun deck, ample closets, 3 TV’s, park pass, Bluetooth music speaker, washer/dryer, central bbq area, pool and hot tub and close proximity to all amenities of Canmore. Quiet and comfortable. There weren’t very many regular type drinking glasses or a decent pan spatula. Very minor details.
