Great stay in Munich! The hotel is located in a quiet area and offers convenient private parking. The room and common areas were perfectly clean, featuring a good shower and a surprisingly comfortable single bed. The receptionist was highly professional, and when I requested a fan, it was delivered to my room in no time despite checking in after midnight.

As a helpful note for future guests: There is a logistics firm located behind the hotel that starts operating early. If the windows are closed, the soundproofing is excellent, and you won't hear a thing, but if you leave them open, the noise might wake you up. Also, just be a bit careful when closing the windows, as the specific design mechanism makes it easy to accidentally pinch your fingers if you aren't paying close attention. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay!

Ich war positiv überrascht als ich die Zimmer gesehen habe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr. Man kann entweder außerhalb des Hotels Parken oder in der Tiefgarage ohne Aufpreis. Das Personal war freundlich, wir durften auch früher einchecken als vereinbart. Die Matratzen waren sehr angenehm ich bin auch gleich eingeschlafen.

I was looking for a hotel relatively close to the Munich exhibition centre. I managed to get there in just under thirty minutes, including a fifteen-minute walk.

My overall experience was negative. The hotel is not easy to get to; the taxi driver had never heard of it, and I understood why afterwards. The hotel seems new, so new that there were still bags of cement by the entrance and not all the rooms are finished. On a personal note, it was 27 degrees in the room at 9:30 pm when I checked in. I went down to reception to ask if someone could look at the air conditioning, which didn't seem to be working, and was told that the air conditioning isn't installed yet. I tried to sleep as best I could, but my room (254) looks straight out onto a factory where workers started at 4:00 am, and it is close to a road with traffic, so the noise quickly made sleep impossible. For context, it was 29 degrees by the end of the night at the end of August. The bed was extremely small, even though I had booked what seemed to be a standard room. Breakfast was also very basic. Given the price (250€) and the notation on Booking (4 stars), I expected much better. On the plus side, however, the staff were extremely kind and apologetic that they couldn't do anything to cool the room down.
