The pool and spa center were extraordinary. We came back and we will repeat it again!

Beautiful scenery. Friendly personal. Everything is clean. Good looking hotel in general.

One infrared sauna for 2 people, one hammam didn't work, and one usual sauna for 6-7 people. Anyway, you need to wait in the queue. The same with the jacuzzi. Only for 5-7 people. Wait your turn if there are more than 15 people. Bad audio isolation in the room. Gulls will wake you up at 5 am.

A hotel in Herceg Novi I really like. Perfectly located and comfortable. It's always a great experience. Very clean throughout the hotel with all facilities in perfect condition. Nice and calm place. If you want to enjoy a relaxing moment at the Spa & Wellness area, I highly recommend PalmonBay Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is also good (clean ingredients, a large choice ). We sleep very well. We were reborn after a night. We will return again.

Very kind staff and nice spa and view. We got an upgrade for a room with a beautiful view of greenery and seascape. Solid choice of vegetarian food a la carte.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is clean and the service was at high level. Kids loved the pool.

The staff are very helpful The room was very clean and cleaners replenished towels and products when needed Very friendly towards my small dog. Nothing was any trouble for them. Very close to beach and various bars and restaurants.

Booking.com stated dog bed and bowls provided. There was non in the room and when I enquired about this the hotel didn't have any.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel! Nice ambience, pleasant staff and overall good value for money. The room was clean and super cozy. Spa center is nice and the pool area looks nice. The outside area is so beautiful and you have plenty of space to enjoy walking and the view is spectacular.

The only thing that we would recommend to check is the water temperature in jacuzzi - it was too hot and uncomfortable even for adults, it was definitely more than 39 degrees.

The hotel has nice room with a view, "personal" beach and very nice spa. Especially we liked massages. Prices are affordable.

1. they have street parking. which means - no available parking lot - no parking. 2.I am vegan and milk intolerant which I told to 3 different persons in the hotel. We asked for a breakfast to go and in the morning once the breakfast is ready I checked it and saw cheese in a sandwich and a receptionist assured me that it's vegan one and they saw we are vegans. We left and after one hour driving when we decided to have a breakfast I saw not only cheese but also a meat patty. It was a miracle that I didn't have a bite of the REAL cheese - which could end up bad. I immediately called the hotel and heard "sorry". I asked for a manager and they offered me to send an email. They made a mistake and I had to send an email - amazing! I requested a call from the manager - nobody reverted. I sent them email - nobody responded. this could be 9 /10 but this experience smashed all the impression. Shame on you management of the hotel.
