Loop On Leith George Town Penang Hotel

receptionists friendly n helpful. room is clean, no bad smell

suggest deep clean for washroom and toilet bowl. missed out room cleaning

Location was near to everything

There is voice coming at night from Mosque and pubs

From Check In until Check Out

The Parking first come first serve, anyway I get the parking but for big cars its take time to going down and going up..hehehe

The location is decently in the central

The cleanliness of the room, the floor has lots of hair from previous guests The room layout is crazy. The water boiler is at the corner of the room, mounted, and to get there you have to carefully cross a mounted clothes hanger, beside the bed. Super bad design. The bathroom jetshower spray is already broken, but can be fixed by opening the tap directly. If it is a personal home, it makes sense, a business property, not acceptable. The Groot of the bathroom tiles are also dirty, not properly cleaned.
