The keys were collected from a shop in the central railway station and were returned there at the end of our stay. The procedure for collecting the keys was clearly explained by our host. This was convenient as we arrived and left by train. I'm not sure what the procedure would have been if we'd arrived by other means. The location was within walking distance of the station and bus terminal and situated on the edge of an area with a number of food choices. It was an easy walk to the opera house and into the central city either via the opera house or through the station
