Location was good

Room appeared a bit worn and dated

Das superior Zimmer war wunderschön, groß und super bequem. Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Lage war perfekt.

Standart zimmer war ein bisschen klein. Aber bequem.

Clean and modern in a good location

The bedsheets were stained and we had to ask to have them changed

The location was close to a major train station to allow easy access away from the hotel

Good luck using the washing machines. There is one on each floor and they only accept 100 Yen coins. They are always full and people have the option to wash the Basin whilst your clothes are still in there (undoing the entire washing/drying process) (floor 4 has THREE washing machines, but they will also always be full) We took a complaint to the staff. The staff laughed at the complaint and told us they couldn’t control what other guests did. They failed to come up with any solutions. Meanwhile, our clothes were hung up around the room to dry as our only alternative. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel and they stop on every floor due to the amount of foot traffic in the hotel The breakfast was below part with limited western options and mainly tasteless food. The bathroom was very outdated If you enjoy waiting for elevators and washing machines and appreciate disrespectful and unhelpful staff - this hotel would be perfect for you.
