the room i was staying was stinking , i've never had such an experience before , but hey , there is first for everything , right? thanks for this horrible experience niu loco hotel! i could not sleep during my first night. i complained about it the next morning , but the smell was still there (not as it was like the first night). never gonna stay in this hotel ever again

Im Zimmer läuft die ganze Nacht die Lüftung, das ist nichtunbedingt laut, aber ich empfand das störend.

- super witzige Idee mit der Discokugel im Zimmer - sehr gute Musikanlage - gemütliche Atmosphäre - sehr nettes Personal

Der Eingang war anfangs ein bisschen schwer zu finden, weil das Hotel hinter einem anderen Hotel liegt. Aber, wenn man das weiß, ist das auch kein Problem mehr.

Zimmer, Service, Frühstück

Das Personal (Empfang, Küche, Bar) war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer, Bad, Betten waren sehr sauber, die großen Fenster sorgen für viel Tageslicht im Raum. Wir nahmen 3 Pflänzchen von der Rezeption in Pflege. Die Betten sind bequem, mit 3 weichen Kissen unterschiedlicher Größe, für erholsamen Schlaf und auch zum TV schauen (gutes Bild), Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, gut Platz für die Garderobe, alles zum Wohlfühlen. Super Frühstücksbüfett, viele Bio-Teesorten loses Blatt, insgesamt große Auswahl und alles reichlich. Die Raumgestaltung des Hotels ist - wie immer bei den nius - etwas ganz Besonderes, themen/gegenstandsbezogen, hier in Beachtung an den Lokomotivbau im Eisenwerk Hirschau ab 1838 (nördl. Englischer Garten). Darin zu wohnen, Details zu betrachten, macht großen Spaß, gemütliches, warmes Ambiente. Gewählte Farbkombinationen erstaunlich schön, wertig, mit Messinggold, dunklem Holz und silbern abgesetzt, Beleuchtung strahlend, großformatige Malereien. Weiche, runde Formen und Veloursamt-Polster, alles stimmig, wie in einem 1. Klasse-Abteil der Chiemseebahn im 19. Jh. Gelungenes Farb-Licht-Formenspiel. Wir waren mit Bahn und Bus unterwegs und hatten gute Anbindung. Bushalte vor der Tür oder fußläufig in 10 Minuten zur Bahn.

Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage und super Parkmöglichkeit mit Tiefgarage.

Ми віддали картки від номеру, але зʼясувало що шлагбаум не відкривається при виїзді без картки. На рецепції нам сказали що там є кнопка яка його відчинить. Кнопку знайти нам так і не вдалось, прийшлось знову підніматись і наполягати щоб нам дали картку . Оцінку не знижую, але прошу звернути увагу і попереджувати гостя що без картки вони не зможуть покинути паркінг .

This hotel is well decorated, in a small distance from train station and offers rooms to a descent price. It's about 25 minutes away from the city center and offers parking in 10 euros/day, but you can park with much lower cost in public parking in about 400 meters away.

It is located in a industrial/ business location and it is not easy to find supermarket or bakery close.The breakfast was extremely expensive.

Bed was really comfy , curtains were great at keeping the light out , despite being near a pretty busy road and an autobahn it was very quiet. We arrived really early and the facility to leave our bags somewhere safe before check in was much appreciated. The drinks voucher for not having a daily room clean is a great idea and was put to good use for much needed coffee on the day of our departure. The WiFi was excellent. Very handy for the U6 line with the Studenstadt station only a short walk away.

Only a couple of minor things we were in a slightly odd shaped room which meant we had a smaller bathroom and shower compared to the wet room style shower in the normal shaped rooms. While it wasn't an issue for us somebody of a bigger build might struggle. The disco ball and snazzy light fixtures look great but they're not so good for keeping the light at one side of the bed , was also slightly surprised that such a modern hotel didn't have USB charging ports in the rooms.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was very quick. It was also near to the underground.

The bedroom was a bit too small. Opening a big luggage in a small room was a bit difficult.

Good location --> There is a GAS station 1 minute away, which also has a minimarket (non-stop) where you can find almost everything you need. Also, a Mcdonald's is situated there.

The "free drink" coupon for skipping room service is a joke. For a 330ml unknown beer is not worth the hustle.

BFast was normal European. And the area was small.

The staff are great and very helpful. It's great value for money. It's close to the u-bahn
