Brilliant location lovely views. lots of space in the apartment . To top it all we saw the dolphins from our window . Second time we stayed there we will be back .

Caught toes on loose floor tiles in bathroom .

2 of the bedrooms are a little in the eves, better for little ones than adults though we did manage.

We still was able to really enjoy our stay. We have been a returning family for a few years accommodation in a great location. Comfy and spacious. Staff polite and attentive from the hotel. - we required to change the thermostat batteries which then unpaired from the boiler. Plumber was required to reconnect this and was not available until the following morning. Staff dealt with this in a timely manner and was prompt in bringing us some heaters over to keep the house warm. Really professional, polite and kept great communications.

Property requiring some TLC, maintainence and restocking No full set of glasses - all mix match of sizes and seem to be glasses from the pub. Only 5 dining chairs (property sleeps 6) one of which is peeling. Radiator covers coming apart, Tiles cracked and loose in bathrooms. Hole to wall in Upper bathroom. Extractor hood lights not working Windows- parts of Windows handles missing/loose Internal door handles- couple missing parts off handles Only 1 medium oven tray and minimal pans. For a self catering stay and a family of 6 like us that did cook our main meals in, cooking a dinner was tricky at times. Oven light not working.

The location itself is decent close enough to Bridlington seafront but far enough away from the noise.

We stayed here August 2025 and returned April 2026. On our first stay there in 2025 ther was existing damages such as a window with a loose handle. Cracked ceiling and walls cracked tiles on the floor and water damage and a cracked sink and a blocked shower tray. On our return in April the window handle is now off and all the previous damage is still there. On our previous stay we did mention to the owner about the damages but nothing has been fixed. When we showed up on our recent stay the code given on a email 2 days before we went was not the code for the lock box to get the key. We was waiting outside trying to figure it out for about 20 minutes with a 6 month old baby. We tried to call the owner multiple times but no one answered we did also message them through booking.com and still didn't get a reply. We did eventually manage to get in as someone near by knew the actual code and helped us.
