Nothing, we loved it all! The stairs up to the apartment may be an issue for some people but wasn’t an issue for us.

Absolutely stunning appartment. Beautifully furnished with all the amenities that you would need for a self catered appartment. Such a great location, ideal for walks, lots of pubs within walking distance that do great food! Coniston lake it a stones throw away, you can see it from the bed! The views from the appartment are incredible, even more so when they were snow topped! When the cleaners had been, we were left a lovely welcome package with a bottle of prosecco! Already can't wait to go back and stay again!

There was some confusion as to our check in day, so the bed wasn't made when we arrived and the cleaners didnt arrive until the next morning to clean the appartment and make our bed.

The apartment is located less than a minutes walk from several local pubs and shops making it very convenient. The lake side is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Kitchen was well equipped. Heating easy to use with simple instructions. Very clean and looks recently refurbished with plenty of space for 2 people and a dog leaving the spare room entirely.

Lots of useful communication prior to arrival. Immaculately clean and spacious property. Delightful welcome pack of goodies. Location in the middle of Coniston with fantastic views. Beautifully presented and modern decor throughout.

Although we knew it was on the top floor I personally found the climb up the 3 lots of stairs with cases/bags etc a bit tough. Having said that the accommodation was worth it

The apartment was 5 star, beautifully furnished and well equipped (apart from no washing machine). Great location.

Refurbishment of downstairs flat, noise from workmen all day

Amazing decor, well equipped and so homely! A fantastic location with amazing views from all aspects! A lovely pack was waiting for us too ! Would highly recommend ! X

Central location in the village. Very clean and roomy. Great views. We even had a Christmas tree.

Another toilet roll and bin bag would've been good.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. It is close to the centre of Coniston, the lake and walks.

Parking might be an issue at busy times. I had to park a little further (not too far) from the apartment but not for long as a space became available.
