Beautiful spot with amazing location. 20 minutes to disney world. The resort was an 8 minute easy walk and had an awesome pool, hottub, lazy river and bar that was free to use! Only downfall was I paid the extra $ for the heated pool and it remained very cold the whole stay despite reaching out to the manager. So far they have not been willing to refund the $ I paid for the unused pool! Other than that we loved our stay and definitely would book again.

Perfect for us!
The property was very clean and smelled very good when we arrived. The amenities were well organized. The mattresses were very comfy. The property looked just like the pictures online. We had 6 people stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool/patio was nice. The neighborhood was friendly and the location was great. Communication was pretty good with the landlord. It took a little while to get a response but they always did so. I found the best way to communicate was through the direct message section of the website link they setup for your account. I also had good luck calling them between 8am-3pm. They were attentive and helpful. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

My group and I got to the property and the gate number did not work, we had to stay outside and wait until another car pulled in and open the gate so we can sneak in, we got to the house and the door code also did not work and we had to call and send messages to the owner, it was a nightmare. I message the owner on a Saturday morning to see if he could send someone to heat the pool and he said that his team did not work over the weekend, I was very disappointed because my kids couldn’t play in the pool because it was too cold. Very hard communication, I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anybody.

My group and I got to the property and the gate number did not work, we had to stay outside and wait until another car pulled in and open the gate so we can sneak in, we got to the house and the door code also did not work and we had to call and send messages to the owner, it was a nightmare. I message the owner on a Saturday morning to see if he could send someone to heat the pool and he said that his team did not work over the weekend, I was very disappointed because my kids couldn’t play in the pool because it was too cold. Very hard communication, I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anybody.

The house in itself was ok, great location.
Communication with the property manager was not good.. I emailed and txt days before my arrival with no response.
I have several issues to report :
1. The instructions to unlock the door were totally incorrect. We sat outside trying to open the door for over an hour. I called, txt and emailed and was on hold for over an hour, I finally hung up. It was 3 hours later before someone txt me back. By this time we had figured out how to work the door. All of this time my 74 year old mother was waiting in the car.
2. The instructions on how to work the TV were totally incorrect. We spent 2 hours trying get it to work.
3. The vertical blinds leading to the pool had 4 blinds missing
4. The bathroom sink in the bathroom downstairs Leaked water bad from the base of the faucet the entire trip
5. No one will call you back - only txt and it takes hours for them to respond. Forget calling! I called that number a dozen times for three days and pressed every option possible and no one answered.
I’ve stayed i n Storey Lake 3 other times and never experienced this poor communication.
I emailed and txt a day in advance asking if I could get a later checkout (1 hour) and no one ever responded.
Due to all of my issues I feel they could have Atleast granted me that.

Good time
The only problem we had was that we was told that under no circumstances could we have fireworks or we would be kocked out with no refund. But the whole complex set off fireworks for 3 nights and they was by our cars shooting them. That is my only complaint

When I tried having the water heather turn on for the next day (24 hours before I was planning of using it) I was told that I had to have the heater on for the entire time of my stay, which represented additional $35.00 per day, when I was only going to use it for one day. Did not seem fair to me. Otherwise everything was great.
