Das hotel war das beste was ich je besucht habe in der Türkei und werde nur noch hier her kommen,allein die Mitarbeiterin neyşe an der Rezeption ist die beste Empfangs Dame die ich je kennen gelernt habe.sie hat für alles gesorgt und wurde sehr gut behandelt.

Es hat mir alles gefallen an der Unterkunft.das Hotel ist sehr groß und die Zimmer auch.es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und das Frühstück war sehr lecker,auf Wunsch konnte man auf dem Zimmer frühstücken.ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen.

The best thing which made our stay amazing was the receptionist Arslan, he was amazing everything we wanted and need made sure that he provided.

Fantastisk personal, speciellt Ismail. Hotellet låg bokstavligen 3 meter från taksim och var nära till allt i Istanbul, bra utgångsläge. Rekommenderar alla att bo här.

The location was great, centrally located near shops and restaurants.

Except for the man who greeted us on the first day, the staff was extremely unhelpful. We asked for help with the heating in the room and they said they’ll get back to us, never did. We got no sleep because we had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room. The place is located next to clubs and the music went on till early hours of the night. This basically ruined our nights sleep and the experience overall. The room walls were made of what felt like fibre glass, which heated the room up and the Ac didn’t work either. The rooms were shabbily cleaned as well.

The property felt close to everything. I loved my view and terrace and the staff were very nice. The room itself was clean and had all the basics. It’s walkable and there plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I didn’t have toilet paper in my room (just a bidet) which felt unusual even for Europe! The hotel itself was in a very central area, so it can be very loud through the wee morning hours. The breakfast felt a little half-hearted compared to others I’ve had in the area. These are just small things. I did enjoy my stay.

The hotel is located in very center of Taksim area of Istanbul with nice view to Bosporus (from top floors) Service is very good, as well as facilities. Clean and comfortable. Good sleeping quality despite to late night street noise. Receptionist Ismail Abi is very helpful
