It was all good.

No complaints.

My room was clean. I like the fact that the room had no carpet in it. I like the fact that the bathroom was very clean.

What I was not satisfied with was there was no coffee pot in the room. Although coffee was provided down in the lounge area, I had to get dressed to go down there to get it.

Big room, lovely breakfast, free parking and in close proximity to the city center

No words were spoken at check-in, i had to ask all the questions to find out when breakfast was, how much was the deposit they held on my card etc. Very cold welcome that gave a bad spin to what was a lovely stay otherwise.

Modern rooms, large smart TV. Nice shampoo/conditioner and great shower pressure. Good selection of snacks in reception. Reception area nice play to hang out

May be left over from covid but breakfast felt very wasteful with paper plates/cups and cutlery. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Water often luke warm in urns downstairs

The staff at the the desk were extremely nice and helpful! The hotel was clean and I liked that there wasn't any carpet in the rooms. Loved that there were games available to play and several great spaces for families/groups to hang out.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable and could use additional pillows.

The location was nice, and the shower was superb. I enjoyed the refrigerator in the room. The pool table in the lobby was fun. The colorful lobby was nice. Complimentary coffee was nice also.

There were not ice buckets in the rooms or on each floor. The ice buckets were on the main floor and were not lined and there was nothing to line them with. I expected a larger room for the price. I also thought a robe would be a very nice touch and I think other Hilton's provide them. This seemed much less quality than I would expect from a Hilton. Maybe they need to put Paris on a budget? The walls were so thin. I am pretty sure I heard some things that I didn't want to hear and not intended for me to hear. The pillows were terrible. I was thinking a Hilton would have a restaurant with a bar but that was not the case at this one. Breakfast was not good. The old-style toaster oven/belt thing burnt my bagel to a crisp and it was not edible. A microwave might be a welcome enhancement. My fiancé said the oatmeal was terrible and we ended up going out to breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Would like to see biscuits and gravy over the oatmeal.

Towels are thin and cheap

The breakfast was very good, the hot water was great. And the bed was decent. The staff was very pleasant.

All of the noises you could hear in the hallways. There were not enough covers on the bed and the pillows were really flat. Also I did not look like anyone had cleaned around where of the soap dispensers, They were dirty. And didn't like that you couldn't watch any local channels (playoff game).
