service could have been better. we waited 16 minutes one morning for a coffee whilst there was 9 staff standing around the bar. 2 of these staff then went and made their own coffees while we were waiting & sat down drinking them in front of us. we stood up to get their attention, they did not seem phased by the fact we were waiting so long.

Nice location, comfortable and big room (especially the shower is big and good pressure). Would come again!

Lightning could be improved

The room with a unique design and a super bed. Far enough from the main pedestrian street not to be disturbed. The proximity to the lively parts of the town. The staff were helpful and courteous.

The rooms are decorated in an unique way (we stayed at S2) and the staff was very helpful in providing all the information needed prior to our stay. The pickup/dropoff service from the pier was super appreciated

Best location, 10 minutes for every part of island on motorbike and everything you need within walking distance (mini market, cafe&restaurants, massage and etc.) Normal size of standard rooms with big bathroom. Free transfer from ferry station.

The hotel area is not private. From time to time people pass by your window or motorcycles pass by (this applies to the rooms on the ground floor, in one of which we stayed). Sometimes it’s loud music but for us weren’t a problem. Not good smell in the room when you go out for long time. I don’t recommend this hotel if your are traveling with children and if you are like quite places.

Loved the room! It was super comfortable. Food at the restaurant was great value and delicious! Staff were supremely helpful and kind.

The location can be a bit creepy. We found out about the Ko Tao murders and realized we were literally at crime scenes. We didn't stay out late as a result.

-It was low saison and we got a free upgrade -nice new rooms with big windows, garden view -close to the beach -free transport from /and back to harbor

The family suites with sea view were the best. We upgraded to these as the ones we originally booked were okay but these rooms, at the front of the property, were amazing. The location was great, ar the quiet end of a busy street so perfectly located but quiet at night. Would stay here again and recommend!

The staff were not the friendliest to be honest. Okay but not the Thai welcome and smiles that were are used to. But perfectly helpful and polite. We didn’t kind the rooms we have originally booked but the ones we upgraded to were loads better. Probably the nicest rooms of our whole 3 week trip!

The room was spacious and comfy. the location is perfect if you are looking for a stay at sairee beach.

At times, the Maya Beach bar had very loud music which we heard in our room.

lovely big room. Resort is in a good location for beach and walking both ways to pier and to Sairee.

was originally ‘upgraded’ - but actually they were over booked and tried to move my room only it was to a less good one. after some discussion, I was shown a different room and accepted that. bed is really hard but that’s quite standard in Thailand. rooms only cleaned if you hand your key in in the morning - and not cleaned all that well but ok. if you’re in a room far away from the beach, it can be slightly dark to walk all the way to the back in the evenings.

worst people I have ever dealt with honestly the most arrogant and untrustworthy, deceiving people I have dealt with in the whole of Thailand as a whole I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE GOOD LOCATION BUT IF YOU WANT TO GET STUFFED AROUND AND RIPPED GO AHEAD!
