Kim, the host, met us at the door and showed us around the property. She was lovely and informative.

Kim was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to accomodate us for an additional night and arranging entry to the home for our late arrival.

Location, the gardens were amazing, we loved the house, lots of space for people to do their own thing.
Kim, our host was generous and very kind, making us feel very welcome.
The iffy Wifi, but that can't be helped and it wasn't a problem for us.

Very comfortable country cottage. Plenty of towels and breakfast supplies provided. Travelling with a baby and kids i appreciated the kids toys and movies available.
Very peaceful and quiet location, just outside of Grafton
