The process (without human interactions!) was very efficient and the room was nicely updated...plus it was super convenient to park right outside my motel room door! Kip's Grill was next door and had excellent burgers!
OMG! The Neon Mallard Lounge was a disaster! Some sort of fog machine was in use to create an "other worldly" Halloween effect...yet the bar was fairly empty, so not an event evening. It was about 8 pm and we hoped to grab a light dinner and some drinks...but the bartender explained they were entirely out of ALL food options. I had partially picked the hotel because it had the bar and knew we would not want to go searching for dinner!

Always love staying here and enjoying the fabulous bar in front of the property.
Code sent to get in room was not complete, so took 15 minutes to get
In touch with someone. Sink in bathroom was clogged and needed attention. No Kleenex in room which would have been helpful, but not a big deal. Everything else was great! Our favorite place
To stay in Pagosa Springs.

Easy parking, and designated space for food preparation.
Dark rooms, very small windows without natural light.
As a check in, through a phone sent link, I was forced to go through a process of sending my live selfie + a picture of my ID + signing multiples legal papers that at this day haven't received a copy of it. Very suspicious procedure that should not happen if booked through this already vetted website. Never had such experience before.
